DO NOT USE THESE.They sold me a dream. “We guarantee your home will be sold within 30 days, we already have a few interested parties ready to view instantly with cash buyers” not one single viewer for 3 weeks and then they explained how hard express are to get hold of. My 2nd and third viewers also said the same thingTo top this off they took it upon themselves to lower my property price another £20000 I’ve sent 3/4 emails to them, telling them I wish to remove my property from sale with them and they’re in breach of contract I’ve called and still had no reply Absolute crooks.

Terrible communication

I was told a could have a viewing at 2pm so I took time off work- then I was told it would be the next day and they would confirm. Had zero communication regarding the viewing and I had told them I would make the full day available. 1.5 days wasted waiting to view a house I wanted to buy. It would appear cheap estate agents equates to cheap service.

Best agency in UK? Not even close! Booked a house viewing with them, got a confirmation email with all details and time. No-one showed up and our time was wasted. Emailed them to complain, heard nothing back. Person on the phone sounded like they had just woken up and didn't have a clue. Will never deal with them again, particularly as we intended to sell our house soon. Completely useless estate agency.

To be honest we were a bit skeptical…

To be honest we were a bit skeptical about putting our property with an online Estate Agent as this was not our traditional way of selling properties, however the whole process has been a breath of fresh air. The communication has been excellent, right from the initial phone through to accepting the offer. We had been with a local agent who generated 5 viewings in 1 month. Express generated 30+ in one week. The response was extraordinary. Five offers received, property is now sold and with solicitors. The communication was the standout part of the process. I Have dealt with a lot of estate agents but Express Estate Agency is the worst I have ever seen, we spent thousands on a surveyor arranged access the last minute the agent didn't give us access, after calling them they put down the phone on us and when we tried calling again there was no answer I have sent them email's no reply

impossible to get hold of

I have a genuine offer to make on a property. I have tried to contact Express estate agency multiple times by phone, email and text message. Never pick up, never answer text messages or emails, never call back. How on earth are they running a business? If you're thinking about selling a house with them I strongly suggest you go elsewhere! I wonder if the seller knows how utterly incompetent they have been to communicate with?

Poor First Impression

Having spoken to Nicole re booking a viewing, we were extremely disappointed as simple instructions were not followed or taken correctly. We then had calls from Ryan, who either hadn't read our instructions not to contact us on the mobile or this information wasn't passed on. A complete farce from start to finish resulting in us deciding not to view the property! If I was the seller I would be pretty annoyed at this.Rude staff hung up on me from the call centre, Stephanie you need to read a client better when they are upset and asked to make a complaint. Very poor.We now have 'spam' messages coming through and still haven't received an email update with room measurements or a callback from Ryan on the back of his text, as discussed with Katie!I'd never heard of this company before, and would definitely not recommend them or use them. I can only hope that the spam messages stop!

When buying through estate agents.

When recommending a conveyancer, did not inform us that he was due a £495 + VAT referral. It was at the end of the JS Law quotation that he prepared. He also asked us to pay him £150 'to get things moving'. All his costs should be paid by his client (the seller), not by us (the purchaser)We felt that this was not correct or professional.

One of the worst experience with this estate agency. They first hook you in with a fake cash offer to try to get you to sell at below market price. Once listed, they don’t answer their email or provide any feedback. Not sure why they charge 1.25% commission? as you have to do all veiwings and they don’t even bother to provide any feedback after viewings.Tried their best to make me sell at a much lower asking price but I wasn’t that naive. Put their sales board up even without my permission and did not take it down despite messages and email. Please don’t fall for their cash off scam.

I had a very bad experience with this agency. I do not recommend. I lost a lot of money and time searching for the proposed property, they accepted the offer and almost signing the documents they raised the price of the property by 15K. It is not a safe agency. I can demonstrate through all emails. In the agency, he's drunk, he doesn't know his right hand what the left hand.

First experience of Company

Apart from continuing to receive letters from multiple agencies vying to sell the property we have up to now been dissappointed with various aspects of high street estate agencies. So we thought after 9 months we would give you a try. Naturally we would prefer face to face meetings, but this is not always feasible. However as I have a laptop and generally balk at allowing others to access us online, we were understandably nervous going into this video conference. We had a small glitch at the start as the system failed to recognise our email for the link, but a soon as Stacey Wroe joined the link everything fell into place. She is certainly professional without being 'in your face'. She appeared extremely knowledgeable and was quite happy to listen and answer all questions we raised.We have yet to discuss the position with Carol's brother prior to deciding on going ahead, but will speak again with Stacey tomorrow.
