Been emailing since 13th September to get info on the property we’re buying and queries that we need the seller to confirm. No replies at all ?? We are looking at hopefully completing the sale next week, from the 25th so need answers ASAP ! We still have no floor plan, don’t know what’s being left, ie white goods etc, asked if rubbish in garden is to be removed before we complete, where we’ll pick keys up from as may be in area we move to a day or so before completion. Are there any certificates for Gas / Electric / work carried out on roof regarding damp and infestation, any pics of the rear of the property. We’ve received nothing so still no wiser ??? Think you need to remove the word Express from your name ! So far had terrible service and still no idea regarding questions as heard nothing since the offer was agreed.

TrustpilotFrustration with viewing booking
Seem unable to book a viewing with the property I want to see, it’s been 9 days since I first approached express agency for a viewing slot. Was offered a slot 5 days earlier than I wanted, so I rejected that, and have now been told they are waiting for the vendors to come back, this was 4 days ago. Very disappointing, I’m not sure whether this is the vendors or agents fault but communication with express estate agency seems rather limited, and slow.

Booking process and registering was a little confusing and duplicative.Otherwise, Rhianna was excellent. She was very clear and succinct in explaining the options whilst backing them up with up to date data. Very easy to make the appropriate decision with minimal fuss and time taken.

GoogleI Have dealt with a lot of estate agents but Express Estate Agency is the worst I have ever seen, we spent thousands on a surveyor arranged access the last minute the agent didn't give us access, after calling them they put down the phone on us and when we tried calling again there was no answer I have sent them email's no reply
