Samantha’s knowledge of the local area, housing market and the bigger, National picture was very impressive . She’d obviously prepared well for our discussion which gave me confidence in her and in the Company itself. I have a better understanding of what can be done to market my property and the methods that will be used to market it as widely as possible. Samantha organised a photographer and those photographs have been taken this morning so it’s been a very reassuring experience so far.

The sales pitch of we have 700 websites we advertise on and we normally sell houses in 30 days, maybe true, but not in our case. Everyone i ask where they saw the house and it always come back as Rightmove. In addition like other people, you send emails get no reply, you call and nobody gets back to you. Like other people, i have had a person apparently booked, but have no knowledge of it coming through. In addition, i have had 3 no-shows but the agent also telling me to lower the price of the property. So there seems to be a trend happening here, just read other reviews and you will see.

GoogleThey can take a while to answer phones and I also had an issue with hyperlinks sent to me, which turned out to be my firewall blocking me opening them - soon sorted. Our experience of the agent dealing with the sale of the property we were looking to buy was very good however.

I am unhappy with the way I was spoken to by Olivia Barnes. She led me to believe the vendor was going to pull out of the sale. I still have the voicemail but she also told be verbally when I rang her about it. I was in tears after yhe phoe call. I rang the vendor and she said she had no intention of pulling out and it was very unprofessional of Olivia to have said it. I was at work during this phone call and my work colleagues said it was a very cruel thing to have done.

this company should be more connected interally, within all their employees and should treat their customers better.I had about 5 calls before my booking time to confirm i was ok doing the call, I confirmed all those times and when I clicked on the link on the call to speak to someone , nobody answered. 10 minutes later (!!!) someone called me saying there was nobody available to take call! And now they have been asking me for my feedback about someone I didn't even know I was going to talk to!. I never had a booking slot for this. I don't trust this company at all!

Feedback was not always prompt after viewings sometimes not at all, also firm used to arrange EPC could not deliver so used a private agent instead , your fees are also higher than anyone else doing the same job as your company

GoogleCompletely unimpressed. Was interested in a thatched cottage and called to ask when last thatched. There was a drone of people talking in the background so obviously a large call centre and completely impersonal and the girl I spoke to hadn't got a clue what thatched was! No wonder the house hasn't sold
