The service was very professional, and the staff really took on board my specific needs, as I am disabled and visually impaired. Thus find it very difficult tackling certain online things.Express were very helpful and were prepared to go the extra mile to assist and reassure me. They have delivered what was 'written on the tin' so to speak. 5 stars, thankyou! I would personally recommend them as the Estate Agent to use in Wales.

Very impersonal service. After viewing a property i called to put in an offer. The man I spoke sounded like he couldn't be bothered, came across unfriendly and unprofessional, 8 days after putting the offer in I still have had no call back with the vendors response.I wonder if he even passed the offer on or if he simply couldn't be bothered.I would not recommend dealing with this company at all, I know I would never choose to sell with them and I will definitely not view a property being sold by them again.

Arranged to view a property. I travelled 100 miles to view it, and checked into a hotel. The agent called me this morning, before I departed, to confirm that I would still be attending. Then having done all the travelling etc, I got an email to say that the viewing was cancelled. So I phoned the agent to ask why. He informed that a sale was agreed yesterday evening, ie some 15 hours before he called me to ask if I would still be attending the viewing. This agency is useless. Avoid at all costs.

Do be aware that whilst Express Agency will tell you that you may withdraw at any time from the contract you hold with them, this is not actually true. They will hold you to the 16 weeks, and even after that time, they will say it takes 28 (TWENTY EIGHT) days to end the contract. Ridiculous.

I have recently signed up with the estate agency and we have had problems from day 1. Firstly the advert was incorrect so I called to correct it. Then, I noticed that the street view was also not correct and called three days running, was promised calls and nobody called me to find out or deal with the issue. Basically once they have done the deal they move on promise the world and don’t respond. Personally, I would start by making sure the advert is correct, has the correct wording as so far, have not received. Any call back in 5 days. Not what you want from an estate agent!

A little disappointed with Express Estate Agents in general. Other than finding us a buyer I feel that I had to be constantly making contact and asking for updates and then ended up liaising directly with our Conveyancers myself. Then I have just today had an email telling me we have exchanged contracts which happened last Thursday and completion happened last Friday. Just an example of how the communication has been. The final straw was the amount that we have been charged by Express Estate Agency for there services which I do have to question.

YellA disgrace calling themselves an estate agent.
Diabolical. Would never use these again. As previous reviews, sales person Ben was very good with his presentation, but after that a complete waste of time. I live 3 hours away from the property and was told that they would arrange block bookings, never happened. Three months in and still no arranged and confirmed viewings.

We originally had a letter through the door stating Express agency would sell our house within 4 week for over £400kSpoke to the sales agent who gained our trust and buy in, but then it went wrong. We had great photos taken, but was marketed at £338k and in the discerption it stated guide price 338k - 375k. We asked for it to be increased but they refused and said it was how they tactically get people to look. We agreed but said on the premise that all potential buyers would be told what we are looking for at least £375k as we do not want to waste anyone's time. After several viewings, 2 insulting offers and frustrating conversations with Estate who were asking us why we would not accept the poor offers, we decided to take the house off of the market. Everyone that came to our house loved the property but was frustrated with the awful booking process, they was not advised about our expectations and they were not able to afford it, so wasted everyone's time. We formalised a request to have our house taken off of the market, however it is still being advertised and we are still getting viewing requests. Poor. What they are doing is building peoples hope up and then trying to create a bidding war that stretches people passed their affordability. This should not be allowed to happen! Reading the good reviews it appears they are being completed by employees friends and family, there must be a bonus relating to having their name mentioned on good reviews as the experiences are so far from the truth it is laughable

It didnt work. I waited 25 minutes to be connected. Then told there was a problem, Tried again 3 times. No joy. Then went to work. Will be off line for 4 days now.
