I have recently had an offer accepted for a house that was marketed by this agency. I can't comment on the whole process, but the initial contact with Annie was very friendly and efficient. So far, it's been a good experience.

tried to book a house viewing several times and it was only possible online. They show available dates and then inform you that it is not possible. There is no way to communicate and talk. He's acting like a scam...

stay away! nightmare experience await you!!!They are so untrustworthy that you would need another word to describe them. Be Warned!NEVER EVER use them I had an mis selling experience with one of their staff, realised it and called his attention to it. He said he would sort it out but didn’t. I asked for my property to be taken off Rightmove and Zoopla in accordance with my legal right. They promised to get back to me soonest and this was 6 weeks ago. I am being held a prisoner.

Charlotte was professional, and experienced, (and for this alone, I have awarded 3 stars) but what was on offer was an estate agent service....NOT an investor buyer service as the mailshot led us to believe was being promoted.I am not looking to swap one agent for another so I will not be taking my interest any further.

Richard was determined to achieve a sale (as one would expect) just unfortunate that we didn't achieve our asking price but this is more to do with the state of the market at the present time.

GoogleSo we have recently completed a sale with Express after 7Months and 3 failed sales, not entirley there fault but the sale dragged due to incompetence on their side. I Will start with one positive they came out quickly and the photos done were of good quality and the member of staff ( Carmine ) who dealt with getting potential buyers through the door was great, very approachable and kept in good contact with us. Once we had a sale agreed this is where the nightmare began. Thier aftersales is shocking, they could not deal with the buyers team, they act like children when an issue arises, rather than sorting it. Its just excuse after excuse. In the end we had to interveen and if we hadnt the sale would of collapsed, we had to contact the buyers team directly to sort paperwork and get updates. Then theres trying to contact them!!!! they never answer the phone or you get the call centre, who have know idea, they dont respond to emails its a joke. When we complained we had a small refund on the overall price but even then we had to complain about the complaints department to get a response. Finally when we completed they never contacted us again as they should of sorted the keys but we had to get a number for the buyers to meet them. O and then once the solicitors paid thier fee we still havent heard from them. Rant over, if this deters one person from them then great, they are expensive and have no idea what customer service is, please avoid at all cost.

Daisy was very good at setting out the plan to sell the property we have for sale. Recapping throughout every aspect of the plan and taking the time to answer any questions we may have at each stage. There was no hard sell just a positive sales plan for our property which made the decision to place our property with EEA easy.

GoogleAwful service. Tried to knowingly send people to see the house who couldn't afford it. The only other viewer cancelled with 3 hours to go costing us unnecessary time off work. They don’t answer calls or return them after leaving countless messages. They don’t respond to emails. They place falsehoods on the timeline stating that your agent rung and introduced themselves when it didn’t happen. The most unprofessional outfit I have ever had the misfortune to encounter.

GoogleWhat a horrific experience it is selling with this awful company. I find it hard to believe the positive reviews on here are genuine. They NEVER answer their phone (like literally never once), takes them 1-2 weeks to respond to emails and they don't return phone calls. They're holding up our sale so badly and there's nothing we can do about it. Go ahead and try to call them, see what happens. NEVER ever again.

GoogleThe worse estate agency I have ever dealt with. Charlotte Fitzgerald, instructed photos and they collected the keys and then they couldn't be bothered to drop the keys back to an empty property, but instead posted it through the letter box, when asked why this happened no answer. The are soooo incompetent, if you want to sell your property, do not ever use them! if you want to market the property then proceed ahead! but dont expect any sort of service from them!!! Total scammers! and extremely poor service to say the least. we have filed a complaint with TPO, trading standards and Rightmove also. shocking!!
