We had a viewing and offer within 2 weeks with Express! The service was fast, super efficient, and we were kept informed constantly. We are thoroughly pleased and can't recommend Express highly enough. Huge thanks to Express and Anderson Bailey for your hard work, you made a fretful process seem effortless. You could certainly teach a few high street estate agents (who claim to be the best, and in business a lot longer) a thing or two! If you want the best, go Express!

I have had only one conversation with Express so far as my property is awaiting photos but the person I spoke to Samantha Bailey was very friendly and helpful. She did not dodge any questions, put my mind at rest and went through the whole process. I am very hopeful that Express will deliver the service they promise

Rang this company twice concerning a property we were interested in. A long wait on the phone with jazz music playing. She did not seem to know much about the property but if we wanted to view someone would contact us so we left it. The next day returned their call and there was laughing in the background. I do not hear too well and then she asked me the name of the road and postcode. Then she asked me to spell it. We were given a number to ring to view it. Could they not have arranged this?

BEWARE..Worst Estate Agents ever! They have no ethics! They accepted my cash offer in writing. I have nothing to sell and would have bought at the buyers convenience!However, they then ignored my emails for two weeks and then allowed someone to gazump me without even letting me know! Terrible customer service, ignored telephone calls, and even emails to the complaints email address!! They don't care if you have incurred costs, just pure greed on their part. I wouldn't view or buy from this Estate Agency ever again!

GoogleThe video meeting never happened!! I clicked on the access link at exactly 16:00, being the scheduled time booked, and 'knocked' to join the meeting, but was then left 'waiting for reply' for 30 minutes with nothing happening. I tried telephoning in, whilst waiting, only to be left hanging on the line for over 15 minutes until I was eventually connected to a voice message asking me to leave a message, which I did. Over 24 hours later, I have yet to receive any apology or communication to suggest arranging an alternative appointment. Most disappointing!

GoogleWorst decision I have ever made going with this company. From the lies that initial sales person Daisy, continual lack of replies to emails when they messed up a purchase, and refusal to repay money paid in error.. they want even reply to my emails regarding the refund. They have your numbers saved in their system so if they don't want to speak to you they don't pick up. Even viewers told me that they had difficulty get appointments to view.

Charlotte was very informative and gave us precise details of the selling procedure. She did not put any pressure on us and we have arranged to speak again in 2/3 weeks. Our only problem was the connection wasn’t very good and we couldn’t hear each other very well but Charlotte was very patient and we spoke on the land line!

Extremely poor communication and caused a delay in the process. Don’t bother going with them!!! After completing on my first home, I was expecting a call from this estate agency. After ringing up to confirm key collect, I was told I would get a call from Joe. Two hours later, I never received a call. I went to the office as I came into town especially to pick them up as advices by my solicitor. After two hours of no response, I decided to drop by to collect the keys to be greeted by your colleague to say that the vendor is meeting us at the property at 5pm. Joe never came down to face me himself which was unprofessional and cowardly. He then only emailed my partner and not me to comfirm this information, only sending an email at 4.10 giving me 50 minutes to leave town and meet the vendor. Not really acceptance and really poor from an estate agency. I am really upset with the lack of communication today and throughout this whole process. Don’t bother giving you them your business.

The most unprofessional outfit I have ever had the misfortune to use. They take a premium commission. For that we have received one expression of interest where the person told the agency they couldn’t afford the property yet they still tried to arrange a viewing. The only other viewing cancelled with 3 hours to spare causing us wasted time off work. They do not respond to emails. They do not answer the phone. They do not return calls after leaving countless emails. They state on the sales timeline that our assigned agent has called us to explain their services when no such call was made. Basically, they do nothing for you and expect premium commission. I have asked several times to be removed from their list as they are clearly not fulfilling their contract, yet receive no reply and our house is still on their for sale lists. If you are considering using this agency to sell your property then I urge you to reconsider. Unprofessional, unresponsive staff. A complete waste of time.

GoogleVery good Rhianna was brilliant she did her homework before the meeting she was very positive she didn't lead us into doing anything she just gave us options she is a credit to express estate agency.
