GoogleUtterly dreadful. Avoid at all costs! These are the temu of estate agents, they sell you the 7 wonders of the world and deliver cheap garbage. I was told 28 days to sell my property, that was 4 months ago! Despite my advice that I don't live at the property and am only available at weekends, their sales team convinced me that it wouldn't be a problem. It's been a massive problem since I made the mistake of signing their contract. I lost countless viewings because I couldn't be available in the week, as well as a no show which wasted 2 hours of my time and was offered no explanation or apology or reimbursement for my fuel costs, I was told no upfront fees then got constantly pestered for an upfront fee, which they are yet to return! I had to do all the legwork, including my own viewings and chasing feedback. Regularly I'm told I'll get a call back and it's days later, I once waited 3 weeks just to test how long it would actually take, and I still had to ring them back! I'm now locked in a 28 day cool off period before they'll release me from the contract, despite my availability to do viewings being no longer available at all, so basically I won't have anyone viewing my house for a month. They could release me but they're just inconveniencing me on purpose. Absolutely useless. I've been advised to seek legal advice under the misrepresentation act of 1965, sale of an unsuitable service under negligence. I will update when I find anything out.

GoogleExcellent service, first class customer care. I had listed my house with a local solicitor in our area. After 18 months and a failed sale we were not having any viewings. I contacted Express Estate Agency who came to our house to discuss, we signed up with them and were allocated an advisor, Ben Salt, he and his team oversaw the account and maintained its progress. Ben and his team were available with every call. Regular reviews and updates with feedback from viewers. Viewings were constant and well managed with follow up calls both to me and our viewers. Our house sold within 22 weeks. Thank you Ben and your team for your valued advice and care in the sale of our house. I highly recommend Express Estate Agency.

GoogleAvoid, promised they would be able to se the house, put the house on the market at a lower then agreed value, one women sold me the world and then once the house was on the market I was passed onto someone else. Requested the house to be taken off the market twice now with 2 different people..very naughty that they totally ignore you and leave your house stagnet for everyone to see. Had 1 viewing the whole time and 1 scheduled that didn't show while I was waiting around for them..use your local estate agents and avoid similar hassle.. TAKE MY PROPERY DOWN!!!!!

It is so refreshing to work with straight forward estate agents who work with integrity, communicate very well and stay on top of details. Sam was very knowledgable and professional and had clearly taken time to prepare for our meeting. She clearly explained the options available to me and was able to answer the questions I had.As always, the proof will be in the delivery but if the team are able to deliver on today’s offer I’ll be hugely impressed and appreciative of EEA.

Scott was knowledgeable about the estate agency industry as a whole and did no use jargon-to his credit. He came across as professional and sincere.He laid out clearly, with statistics, how the company worked and how it was, therefore, successful, compared to the ones we had been using.I have no hesitation about signing on with him

Kerry was extremely proactive and determined to sell my property at a good price, I had numerous viewers and she contacted them before viewings to check their suitability and their status in their own circumstances.I was well informed by Kerry of potential offers and general interest. I feel Kerry was hindered by the original valuation given as no offers were anywhere near around that valuation.I was advised by the valuer that he was ‘85% positive ‘ I would sell in 30 days, I think this is a mistake to make such statements which are impossible to determine in any market state as it totally depends on the right person walking through the property door. This can also be a factor why Estate Agents aren’t the most popular people to deal with, Kerry was the exception to this, she was upfront and honest throughout the process.

GoogleWe hadn't actually heard of Express Estate Agents until we received their letter . After being accepted by Express to advertise our property they sent a photographer to do some layout photos of which we didn't see until after the property was put on the market and unfortunately gave her a low score which on reflection was definitely incorrect on our behalf as she done a brilliant job .We were then introduced to Lucy the negotiator of Express Estates who would call us every week with updates and give us an honest opinion of why we were not getting viewings but was being viewed on line. We can now confirm that Lucy telephoned again to advise us of a potential buyer and today we had an offer of which we thought was a little low having dropped the price but Lucy came back within an hour of a much better offer of which we have accepted as of today. Once again Lucy has secured a second viewing with the prospect of a completion sale very soon. So it is with anticipation and Lucy doing her utmost as always for a happy conclusion for all parties.
