Our sales progressor, Robert Peake was absolutely awful, we thought it was a scam and nearly gave up on the purchase.He wasn't answering his phone for weeks, and when he did he told us that we weren't the only ones he has to deal with and that he's busy.We ended up sending a hand written letter through the post of the owner and dealt directly with her.

I lost £550, for him.Property was out off the market, when Paul said my offer was accepted it.I found out from the owner, lives near my home, she never accept my offer, because she put out off the market, I paid £550 not refounded, to open the file with solicitorHe never apologize and never informed me about this matter Buyer do not trust this person Paul. Be careful

However, following raising a complaint, this was dealt with swiftly and professionally, and I was then moved to the support of Joanna G. Joanna was absolutely wonderful, and completely different to her colleague. She was helpful, efficient and informative. As well as being very personable and reassuring during a stressful time.
