I used Express after getting really despondent with 2 previous high street agencies who never kept me informed or communicated at all. I didn’t know what to expect but Ryan was super throughout - responsive and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We accepted an offer after 6 weeks on the market with Express.

Arrangements were excellent and Nik was pleasent and welcoming. Unfortunately Nik couldn't hear me despite us both reconnecting, Nik resolved by calling me in landline, good initiative. However the call was a waste of time as I was expecting to speak to somebody from Express Offers about a cash offer, not an estate agent. The Express Offers flier is therefore very misleading. I interrupted Nik to say I was not looking for somebody to sell my property, I had contacted Express Offers to get a cash offer not Express Estate Agents to market the property. Nik said the offer was usually around 60% of market value. End of discussion. You very much misrepresent your service, but you are well organised and efficient at arranging the calls, so gets 3 stars for that.

GoogleDIRTY TRICKS. AVOID this agency at all costs, they play a DIRTY GAME. Me and partner put in an offer for a house on Tuesday which was accepted. This was handled by Paul, the estate agent at Express who then asked us to verify our ID through Credas and provide our solicitor's details. Since the offer was accepted we haven't heard peep from Paul, me and my partner have called/emailed the agency multiple times to see what is going on. Each time we call we are told that Paul isn't available and he will call us back straight away. He still hasn't called us back. We have been completely ignored and fobbed off all week. We called the agency again this morning, and the person on the phone informed us that another offer had been accepted for the same house by another buyer and our offer wasn't on the system! And this property is still on market and they are still arranging viewings. Essentially Paul is playing buyers off one another to up the price of the property. Why didn't Paul keep us in the loop and tell us there had been a counter offer?? Do not be SWINDLED by this agency.

The amount of viewers coming through our door was amazing. James was in constant contact and later Olivia was too. It took a while but finally sold with another person waiting in the wings. Shame it sold for so little after the work we put in but it has gone now do alls well that ends well.

Unhuman! I made an offer on a property, but all I get is daily message to book a viewing. I suppose this is a mechanical reply, but it's very annoying and not professional. I didn't realise I need to waste my time walking around a small property in need of lots of refurbing that is out dated and over priced.

-Failed to arrange for a viewing agent (which was promised to me) which caused several viewings to be cancelled. Then after a week of being on the market told me to send the keys to them and after all that they still failed to set on up.- Their Dashboard is buggy - it sales price was wrong (said £215). The viewing dashboard details didn't add up either. - The Estate Agent is hard to get ahold of on the phone (less than 25% success rate for someone to even pick up the phone).- Then didn't listen to my concerns about a drop of engagement on thier site.- It is a very much do it yourself with these estate agents but with a whopping fee.- The online flat adverts had mistakes- the details copied twice and it was listed as leasehold.- Estate agent went on leave on annual leave when I went to closing date. Leaving me confused for what was going on.

After a long time on the market and poor advice from previous agent we have sold the house. Ours was a probate property so it was very sensitive. We had loss to deal with and selling the house to settle an estate. With an uncertain market at the minute I feel express gave sensible advice to secure a sale. No nonsense, told the truth snd we are happy with the outcome.

Communication was great, I had regular calls from Olivia to update me. My only issue which is not with Olivia is that it was not highlighted to me or in the terms I was sent (that I could see) that I would need to do all the viewings myself. It makes sense as it’s an online service but would be helpful if this was pointed out.

Struggling to finalise a flat purchase through this agent which has been going on for 6 months and recent promises of call backs from Paul, one of the Case Managers never materialise. Their recommended association with DC Law is an abysmal failure, I'm surprised that company is still allowed to trade. We have been in a position to complete for almost a month, shame EEA aren't able or appear interested to want to do the same.

I had my doubts at first,as its an online estate agent and had experienced a previous on line agency, which was not good.Express agency have been fantastic, the minute the situation was explained to them they assured us this would be no problem.We was kept informed all the way and Georgina was brilliant. She understood our needs and request and relayed this to buyers. We can't thank her enough for her hard enthusiastic work. She is the best.
