We had our Bungalow on the market for over a year with Local Estate Agents but wish we had gone with Express Estate Agency from the beginning.Ryan Dillon, Property Sales Manager has been brilliant. GoogleAs a landlord with property to let out, I used Express Estate Agency for a number of years and found them to be a highly efficient, trustworthy and competent agency. Any issues or matters were dealt with swiftly through my main point of contact, Jim, who was always pleasant to deal with. Considering my property was in Edinburgh, Jim was always on hand to source out good, quality local tradesmen.

No response to my emails or phone calls for weeks so I had written you off.Found your communication totally frustrating. But I liked the house so much I persisted against the odds. As soon as I made an offer the communication improved 100%. James was very helpful.

GoogleWe had a teams appointment with Scott who was very helpful and he listened to what we had to say and answered our questions. The meeting kept breaking up so Scott rang our mobile to be able to speak to us more clearly. We are still in the early stages of this process but overall the first appointment was very helpful and Scott was friendly and polite throughout.

First contact was difficult. Couldn't get through by phone and the website isn't very well set up for mobile access. Once I had a name to talk with (Rob Hall) everything went smoothly and Rob was a great help in moving things along to the point of getting our offer accepted.

Estate agencies perform differently nowadays and I was kept updated however with the digital process it’s very impersonal. Carmine did speak with me in a few occasions which I much preferred.

As a buyer they were terrible. The progressor never answered her phone, there was no voicemail and no phone cover. Emails were sent and days would pass before a reply came back and then it was insufficient. I get the impression they are low-fee or menu fee based agency and I would think twice about buying a property they marketed in the future.
