GoogleMy worst ever experience in this country. Rented one of their property and lived there for over a year. Had a very difficult time to communicate, hardly answered their emails, never responded to my calls for repairs. Showed their true colors when I decided to leave, found them very rude, kept on insisting to hand over the keys even before my contract expires, which I had to . Never again.

GoogleMy partner and I own several rental properties (across the country) and have therefore dealt with a number of estate/letting agents. We highly recommend C+R Properties as they are very professional and approachable at all times. They also have very competitive fees. C+R properties are currently helping us find another rental property in the Manchester area as they have excellent local knowledge, and they will manage that for us.

GoogleOver-picky on property inspection in order to get deposit money back. For example, they said there were cobwebs on the ceilings that they would have to clean. Also they said there were water marks on sinks that would have to be wiped. Far too fussy. Feel underappreciated after the amount of cleaning me and my housemates did. Will not be using or recommending this letting company again.

GoogleHorrible company, terrible at dealing with maintenance issues and charge outrageous costs for everything they possibly can get away with...If you're not already tied into a contract with them I'd recommend you look elsewhere

GoogleUnbelievably dishonest or inept letting agency, the agent I dealt with wouldn't clarify which. So I'll leave it open for now. Either way not the kind of business I would want to be associated with.

GoogleWorst experience dealing with. After several calls and interest dropping my name with different teams on each calls and i decided to take a day off and walk in after 3 weeks only to be told that a colleague of theirs just rented the property yesterday in an unfriendly attitude. Star i shouldn't give but i had to select a star to leave this feedback.

Horrible letting agent, there is a female who I believe is the directors wife, she’s an absolutely disgusting human, she screams down the phone and then calls you off a personal mobile withholding her number so there is no record of it. Absolute cowboys

GoogleBeen renting my property out with C&R Properties with no issues and good communication. Information on maintenance, leaving/change of tenants and accountancy is always readily available every month. Questions always answered. Helpful and clear care for the state of the property during and between tenancies. Since I started renting out with them a few year ago, I find their services have improved year on year.

GoogleSo i dont waste any more of my life on C&R proerties see Joel Barrats very accurate review. I've had similar problems. C&R properties say they have a growing reputation, i would agree, not quite in the way they may have liked though. I would remove the word fair from my review if i could because it has been thoroughly awful

GoogleTerrible customer service. My friend and I felt like a burden looking at flats and our questions about properties were not even answered. Would not recommend!

Hello Simran. Thank you for your input, however I don’t understand why you would say you have received bad customer service from C & R when we carried out 2 viewings slots on separate days showing you a total of 6 properties out of all the available properties you had been booked for which was initially 8 (the 2 were let due to offer been made). I would be very grateful if you could kindly contact me if it was a negotiator in particular that didn’t meet your standards so I can raise the incident and maybe we can all learn from this. GoogleGreat company, good communication overall and incredibly nice staff. I would like to specifically point out the great deal of dedication and work that went into resolving a major issue I had my gas & electricity provider. Thanks to C&R, particularly the property administrator Chelsea, the issue was resolved quickly and without her involvement, it wouldn't have been possible.

GoogleI have rented a couple of flats over the years with C&R Properties, their professionalism and personal touch makes me contact them before looking elsewhere. I have found that they are fair with my deposits at the end of tenancies and both of the flats that I moved into were in a very good condition. Would definitely recommend.
