GoogleYou will not enjoy being a tenant with these people. (In my opinion). They treated tenants like rubbish, one example is during the end of our tenancy there was a multiple number of times where they did not even attempt to give us our legal right to 24 hours notice when visiting the property!

GoogleAfter being let down by another agency C and R properties really helped me out when I was looking for a quick rental in the city centre. Wesley couldn't do enough to help. Friendly and approachable. I've since rented through C and R again and recieved the same great service. Definitely recommend them!

GoogleIn the purchase of my flat I would like people to know that C and R Properties have been more than helpful, they really seemed to care. Problems that arose were dealt with thoughtfully with consideration to all parties. Communication was very good and always timely. A big thank you to the staff.

If you are thinking of going to C&R- Think again. Read these reviews and the owners replies carefully, landlord or tenant. Aggressive Non-responsive Negligent Delusional Useless without exception. Cheap for landlords, but that's what you get, a cheap service.

GoogleThey lied to us. They told us to go for a viewing at one hour, they let us waiting there for a while, then called us saying that they didn't have the keys for the apartment and that all the other viewings were cancelled. Next thing the apartment was let agreed.

GoogleThe boys turn up at 10pm to start work. Waking up everyone on the street. Ask them politely to keep the noise down and it does nothing. They spit wherever they go. Park like crazy people and dump rubbish on your drive. Utterly shocking. Completely stupid "builders".

GoogleThey where shambolic from start to finish. They are without the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is horrible. I would rather live in a cave then rent off them again. Do yourself a favour and rent/buy with someone else.

GoogleJust had me waiting outside a property for 30 minutes for a viewing that never happened, no apology, just told me to rebook. Aggressive to me on the phone when I was politely asking what happened. A literal waste of time.

GoogleI've used C and R properties for 3 years to manage my property and they have always been helpful and professional. The staff always go above and beyond to help in anyway they can, I can't recommend them enough!

GoogleThey are excellent, at failing to return your deposit. They do a great job, at double charging you for rent. Highly recommended, for landlords. Very competent, at providing a dismal letting experience.
