GoogleBridgford Chorlton office has been in charge of selling my property in Whalley Range. I found the office staff (Muneer, Jonathan, and Olivia) of the highest professional skill and courtesy. They helped me selling my property in difficult circumstances, in dealing with a difficult buyer's solicitor and my frustration where the deal reached a breaking point many times but they managed to salvage the sale through their patience and professional performance. I would be using them again, and strongly recommend them to others.

Our agent, Muneer, was helpful, courteous and responsive and made the process easy and swift despite a lengthy chain and it was reassuring to also have contact with the Branch manager, John, who was always warm and supportive. GoogleTried offering on a property but sales person wouldn't submit our offer to the vendor until we'd sat down with their mortgage advisor in a week's time (by which time, the property would probably have sold). I'm not comfortable with an estate agent that insists on seeing all your financials (and therefore, whether you could afford to offer a bit higher) prior to submitting our offer. Vendor's beware, rather than pass offers directly on to you they'll try and wrangle extra commission by selling mortgages instead.

It is common practice for a seller of a property to request that an estate agents checks the financial status of a potential buyer/viewer before a viewing can be conducted. As I am sure you can appreciate, an estate agent must follow the instruction of the seller as this person is our client. I was sorry to read that their was a delay in being able to see one of our own financial advisor. GoogleThis letting agency is so unprofessional and harmful to tenants safety! It is not ok for tenants to move into a flat with mould, no extractor fan in the bathroom, an exploding fuse box and two months without hot water - during a pandemic! This is disgustingly bad practice, the property managers job is to look after the tenants as well as the greedy landlords. Do not rent with them!!!! Beware.

GoogleI'd highly recommend Bridgfords. It felt like John and Muneer actually cared about us as customers. They were so communicative, diplomatic, patient and reassuring when things got bumpy towards the end! I'm sure that without them our unstable chain would have collapsed. A tricky and emotional sale with a number of challenges, all of which were handled incredibly professionally with sincere empathy, understanding and care well beyond our hopes and expectations. GoogleI am disgusted with the behaviour of Bingfords and Country wide - leaving tenants without hot water during a pandemic, unable to even wash hands in hot water for two whole months! Furthermore, property manager Kostas seems to think that being unable to shower or not having hot water isn’t a matter of urgency and so has left the property with dodgy plumbing for so long. GoogleAva handled the rental of our flat in Chorlton, was friendly and I liked the lack of sales pressure. Ava visited the flat, arranged for an inventory to be prepared, marketing photos and layout plans. GoogleI sold my house with Bridgfords and they were extremely helpful, Michael Dodd in particular kept me constantly updated which made a very stressful situation easy. With the help of Bridgfords they were able to chase the solicitors and speed up the process which resulted in a quick sale of the house. The after sales service was also great form Bridgfords making sure we had settled in and if we needed anything further.
