GoogleAbsolutely appalled by Kostas's 'property management' at Bridgfords. Tenants have been left with dodgy plumbing in breach of building regs, mould in the bedroom, poor customer service and patronising communications from Kostas. because of HIS negligence , they have not been able to have a hot shower for 4 whole months (it varies from scalding to freezing and never settles). Kostas claims the shower is 'intermittent' rather than broken, and has been lazy and slow to act to get it fixed. I wonder if he wants to come try the shower for himself !!! Will never use Bridgfords myself and would not recommend to anyone.
