Had to call numerous times over two days before someone answered, waited a week for the viewing to be called two two hours before for confirmation I was attending, then one hour before they call again and cancel because someones car broke down. Absolute pants.

After being shown a property for rent I…After being shown a property for rent I informed the agent from Bridgfords in Sale that I’d like to put an offer in. The agency said she’d call later that day to talk me through the checks required ect and how to proceed. No call me no response from texts from the agent. When I called the office I was informed an offer was put in the day after I’d viewed the place and it was now off the market!! How was I not able to put an offer in. Had my time wasted be lied too. Had to take time out of work during a busy period to be ignored. Stay well clear of Bridgfords in sale. I won’t mention the agents name publicly as much as I’d like too

Tried to book a viewing of a property that had been on the market for almost a year. Had to call twice before I got a response. They couldn’t offer anything sooner than a week after my call. No wonder the house hadn’t sold.

GoogleWe sold and bought via Bridgefords. Kelly was a massive help in pushing and chasing our purchase and ensured we completed by our deadline. Everyone seemed helpful. Whilst it’s not the cheapest option compared with online estate agents, the price is very competitive and worth every penny considering the time they invest, their knowledge and connections.

Sarah Broadbent was our contact person and she was excellent from the start. We viewed the property online but Sarah ensured that we had a good look at the property although it was virtually, she explained/answered many of our queries as this area was new for us. Communication was great and Sarah ensured we had all the information before we moved to the property and she was present to hand us the key at the property. She made us feel welcomed to the area and the property and this will remain with us forever. We are very happy with the property, there was a little problem with the bathroom door, it was fixed within days. No other issues have been reported, but I believe they will take good care of it if any issue arises. I will strongly recommend Bridgfords and thanks to Sarah.

My experience with Bridgfords Letting Agents in Newcastle was nothing short of disappointing. As a landlord, I expect a certain level of service and professionalism, none of which were demonstrated by Bridgfords Newcastle branch. I would strongly advise against using their services and will be seeking alternatives for my property management needs in the future.

GoogleI met Emma who showed me a flat and happily she answered all of my questions and later on when u went to the office I met Briony who was equally as good and bright and knowledgable as Emma and i was treated like a member of their family and i was very please to take the flat and since then i have met them a few times and they've been nice to me and I wish them all the very best in their career.

GoogleAbsolutely horrendous service. Had a viewing booked over the phone days in advance, provided all the contact details required (and SPELLED them out), only to be told when I called them at the house that they could not get through to me as they likely “entered my details incorrectly”, but that the viewings were cancelled as an offer had been agreed on. This is despite me telling them to contact me through the number I called them on when I booked the viewing, AND me receiving an email from them after the call was over. What a joke, will never enquire for lettings through them ever again.

Googlewe used Bridgfords to sell our home recently. I can say it has a been such stressful journey but the efforts and help provided has been amazing. SADAF in particular has always been available throughout the process. she is such a pleasant women to work with. Sadaf has always reassured and guided us through our property sale and has always been available to reassure us if we had any concerns. If you're thinking of using Bridgfords i highly suggest you ask for Sadaf.

GoogleWe had rented a house through bridgefords. Our tenancy ended in September. And we have still not got our deposit back. The letting agency did not process the deposit release forms for over a month, for no good reason. Also they do not respond to emails. One has to send several emails ( literally) and wait for weeks to recieve any response. In short, if one wants things done in reasonable time and professional level, this is definitely not the place.
