GoogleIt's been a month since we left home, but we still can't get our deposit. Used items are replaced with the tenant's money. You cannot find a contact. When you talk, they say they are here to protect the landlord. Be very careful...

I can see that you have been in contact with your property manager, Amber, regarding the deposit and she is trying to find an agreement with yourself and your former landlord. She has also explained if an agreement can't be found that you have the option to raise a dispute with MyDeposits. GoogleThe staff were friendly (especially Catherine Dowdall) and made sure the signing process was smooth. Unfortunately the place itself had a whole host of problems not mentioned to us in person or within the inventory prior to signing, which made the overall experience quite dissatisfying.

GoogleWants to do a routine check every 2 months, thinking people are dead free to take time off for their checks. Always trying to persuade me to let them enter with management keys whilst I am at not in, which I refused. They come and check but never really resolve any issues reported, so what is the poitnt of checking. Time wasters.

GoogleThey were happy to take viewings, Β£300 in fees, and signed paperwork before telling us the apartment they were letting to us was up for sale and they would be regularly hassling us to host viewings in our new home from day 1. One of the scummiest moves I've seen while renting in Manchester for the last 5 years.

GoogleHad a great move-in experience with these guys! There was an initial problem with the landlord but the agents sorted this quickly. The move-in appointment was quick, informative and handled very well by Ryan. Looking forward to continuing our tenancy with them!

GoogleFriendly and professional, which seems like the polar opposite to most of the estate agents in Manchester we've had the misfortune of dealing with. Great from start to finish (although we havent exchanged yet, so technically not finished) - Jenny and Greg could not have been more enthusiastic and helpful and they clearly both know their stuff.
