Googleone star because was let down by sid, very bad phone manners, forceful in his approach and kept saying my first name incorrectly, the rest are great, so surprised that sid is the only one who lacks customer service skills, its a pity one person can ruin the professionalism of a company.

GoogleWorld's worst property management team. Staff are clueless and often fail to communicate with each other. Took them 5 months to fix a leak in the door which involved tons of calls, emails and made up excuses. Avoid. It has now been two years, the door is still not fixed.

GoogleHad a few unforeseen problems regarding our tenancy application however these were dealt with very quickly by Kiran Thomson who rang me to resolve any issues swiftly and explained what I needed to do. Tenancy application went through very quick after that so all in all was a good service cheers.

All moving process they were there for me and helped on each step with guidance and professional suggestions. I am very grateful to Ryan for his assistance and professionalism. GoogleI was suppose to visit an apartment at 3pm, at 3 pm at the front of the building the man called me and said he didn't have the key! He call me 30 min before to confirm the appointment by the way. After he said I call you back he never did ! I finally get in touch, we change for the next day 4pm and the best he never show up !! I will not be using the agency again or recommending the service to others.
