GoogleDon’t even bother will get turned down if you have universal credit, she thinks your too young or can’t afford it or if she just doesn’t like u apparently, very prejudiced and wasted lots of time with viewings forms deposits and then to decline
I'm very sorry you take this negative attitude. There are simply not enough rental properties to meet current demand so I am very sorry if you have missed out on somewhere. We try to be as fair as possible but the final decision lies with the landlord. If you would like to get in touch to discuss we will do our best to help. We would only ever decline a potential tenant if they are dishonest with us and references show up with bad credit. We would never allow anyone to put down a holding fee unless the landlord accepts them also there are no forms to complete unless you are accepted for a property.
