Cannot recommend Starkings highly enough! Have used them more than once and they never fail to impress. Their service is impeccable and in stark contrast to the not so great experiences ive had with other agents. Jamie is highly efficient and keeps in regular contact with us. Harry is also excellent, both working for us as sellers but also in showing us round other properties he has been very professional and knowledgeable. We know we are in safe hands with Starkings, they work really hard for their clients and it is hugely appreciated. Caroline, our sales progressor, worked tirelessly for our us on our last attempt to move house. She went above and beyond to keep the chain together. We had a much simpler chain this but time round but Caroline deserves a huge amount of credit for the hard work she does!

From the moment we first made contact to arrange a viewing, we have been blown away by the level of service provided by the whole team. With other viewings already arranged, they managed to squeeze us in and made sure timings worked for us to travel between them and be on time. I had a really awful flat to sell. I asked a number of estate agents to view the property over a two day period. The Boutique property shop were by far the best......in terms of valuation, time keeping, professionalism and after visit support. Other estates agents were condescending towards me as though myself and my property were beneath them and i was a nuisance for even asking for their services. Kirsty and Jo were brilliant in every way and were very supportive at every stage. You will not find better. They were also exceptional value for money. Thanks Steve W.

An overall rollercoaster of an experience with BPS. When I first met Jo I was so excited about the concept of working alongside them to sell our home. I felt like the ladies were on a similar wave length and would provide a really supportive service. Which is now advertised as 24/7. However after been a little up and down to if we even wanted to sell and eventually going for it. Things felt like they’d changed with the team it went cold and really disconnected. Communication was very limited unless you contact them directly and this needed to be Monday-Friday to get a response generally outside working hours. I had two occasions where I did get hold of the team to be advised I would be called back due to them been busy and wasn’t. One member of the team was so dismissive and blasé of me that I no longer wished to speak to them. I was mislead to about an offer on the property which felt like it was a ploy to get us on the market two days after we retracted. An offer which was too good to miss and was never the truth. I was made to feel guilty about someone having to attend a viewing on a Saturday. We wanted a quick no hassle sale, we were only selling cause of the house we were buying however it was possibly the most stressful thing I’ve ever gone through so much so I didn’t even want to drop keys on completion with them and I posted through the door of the house we sold. Our buyer was sold as a “golden ticket buyer” however that was also not true and the whole thing was massively disorganised. BPS strike me as a company who are for the buyer and not for the seller which is odd considering the seller is the one who forks out to pay for them. Without the estate agent we were buying through, an excellent solicitor and incredible mortgage broker I don’t think we’d have done it. BPS felt very much in the background of everything going on and on multiple occasions I was asking for them to follow up on things regarding the sale or knew more information than themselves regarding what was happening. Which I’m guessing would be frustrating for them however I was exceptionally proactive in ensuring everything was where it needed to be due to a limited time window that was available to work with. I would say that the photographer used by the company would be the only highlight.
