We purchased and sold with Boutique Property Shop. We originally listed our property in Pickering with another well known, high street estate agent. 7 months went by with very few viewings, and very few updates. We later become aware of Boutique Property Shop through a property which was listed with them which we wished to purchase - so impressed by their handling of our enquiry, we enlisted them to sell our property. Jo, Ayshea and Kirstie proved such a breath of fresh air. Proactive, professional, responsive, knowledgeable, they booked more house viewings at our property within 48 hours than the previous estate agent managed in 7 months, and they'd had our house sold at list price within a few days. We found them to be just as efficient when handling our purchase. They also weren’t ‘9-5’, Jo telephoned us during the evening on a bank holiday weekend with an important update, a level of dedication which is perhaps indicative as to why they’re so successful at what they do. From the minute we arranged the first viewing last year to getting the keys Friday, we never had any problems. We went through an eight month saga selling our house, with the first buyer dropping out after almost four months. Jo managed to sell our house twice, the second time within a week and a half when we were against the clock so as not to lose the house we were hoping to buy. Even the second sale wasn't smooth, with solicitors doing a disappearing act, but Jo was always there, doing everything she could to stay on top of the chain and getting it to completion after a torrid last couple of weeks, exchanging the day before we completed. We really felt she was in our corner and doing her absolute best for us all the time.
