On valuation day as Jo was leaving she said "I will sell your house" and my goodness me 4 weeks later she did. We had been with another local agent and had not heard anything from them for weeks no contact and no viewings. Went on with Jo and the team and wow within a few days the phone was ringing with viewings. A couple of offers forwarded ( one had to sell) and bingo we were sold. After sales simply excellent kept updated throughout. Ayshea and Kirstie were brilliant cannot fault them one bit. Well done |Jo and the team well done Boutique Property Shop.

I could not recommend Jo and her team at BPS high enough! When deciding to sell our property in Bridlington we had numerous local agents come and provide us with a valuation. Jo was so positive, keen and seemed genuinely interested in marketing and selling our property for us. She was far and away the best agent we saw!
