GoogleIt is impossible to pass an end of tenancy inspection with maldon lettings regardless of the state of the property when you moved in and any amendments you may make to the inventory when moving in. The agents interest lies purely with the landlord and not the tenant. Be sure to mark every detail on the inventory when moving in to a property.
Hi Lucy - Thank you for taking the time to review us and I am sorry that you have not found us favourable. We always take feedback to heart and want to improve our services where needed. I have had a quick look over your end of term inspection and can see there were a few minor cleaning issues and a couple of items that had been left behind that needed removing. We know too well that moving home is stressful and that these issues can seem petty. However small issues do add up over time and we have to address them. All our tenants deposits are held by a Government backed independent agency. If we are being unfair in any way they're there to adjudicate and will find in your favour if we are in the wrong. We always encourage all our tenants when signing the inventory to mark down anything they feel may differ. We even give tenants 7 working days to bring any amendments to us. We don't want there to be any issues at the end of the tenancy as much as you don't. It's of no gain to us at all. Please feel free to contact me directly if there is anything specific you would like me to look in to that I haven't covered.

GoogleTrying to find rental properties when you have pets is a nightmare, however the wonderful Alison found us somewhere! The process has changed since we last rented but Alison talked us through everything and was on hand if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend for speedy and professional service.

GoogleAbsolutely impossible to get the deposit back....anyone renting a property must make sure you take a photo of every inch of every corner of every item of every room. Never had the issue with any of estate agents I've used before this one. Say goodbye to whatever deposit you had
Thank you for your review David. I am rather puzzled as the only issue was a £35 for an unclean oven and we have photographic evidence of the cleanliness prior to you moving in to the property. All deposits are held by an independent government backed scheme and we have no control over deposits. That company arbitrate should there be a dispute. You have all this information throughout your tenancy and can speak to them at any time. We encourage all tenants to make any changes to the inventory as we want to avoid deposit deductions and it just makes more work for everyone. There is no gain to us at all. I am sorry you felt you had to give us a disappointing review.
