I’ll try my best to make this as brief as possible, however the journey we have been through feels like a never ending nightmare. Me and my fiancé was accepted on our first home back in November 2024. We couldn’t be more proud of ourselves for managing to buy a house in this current climate, and still be in our early-mid 20s.

However, Jennifer quickly got our details published and we were very pleased with her professional, unflappable attitude towards our sale. Despite the Covid restrictions, the whole team at Wards helped to provide regular, suitable viewings of our home throughout the summer, culminating in an offer to buy during autumn. GoogleHo hum, suppos we ought to be pleased that they sold a property for us. Experience of Wards in Staplehurst confirmed the stereotype of Estate Agents who end up being something of a parasite on the whole property selling/buyed process. A shame as pleasant enough on the surface.
