Without JULIE’s continued support, guidance, and excellent interpersonal skills, I honestly would have pulled out of the sale. Passed referencing a month ago, but they and the landlady keep me in limbo. They outright refuse to provide a tenancy agreement before move-in, missed the legal statutory deadline to return my holding deposit under the Tenant Fees Act 2019, and told me on the phone that they 'do things differently'. They refuse to return the holding deposit and keep sending emails about moving in.

They send monthly reports of what they have done but they are untrue, they claimed they had shoved people around my property but they hadn’t and when I confronted them, they claim that their system will show a viewing had taken place if they gave out details. After I terminated the contract with them, they claim that they have shown 5 people around my property that they haven’t. After the contract was terminated they continue to advertise my property for sale and I had to cache them both with phone calls and Emails to get them to remove my house from the market
