I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Emma Penfold she is new to the company but you couldn’t tell, on one of my most stressful moves she calmed me down on the phone laughed and joked with me it felt like I was talking to a friend not a sales Progressor she went above and beyond to keep me informed and communicated up until exchange of my property. I purchased this house new approximately 17.5 years ago. Recently, during a bathroom renovation, the drywall was removed, revealing a partition made of grey blocks. These blocks appear to be poorly secured to each other, as the partition moves slightly when touched. It is evident that the mortar used to join these blocks does not properly bind them together. This raises serious concerns about the structural reliability of the construction. I recommend potential buyers pay close attention to such partitions and conduct a thorough inspection to avoid future issues.

After the sale of the property l experienced a complete lack of communication and empathy from.the agent. Despite repeated attempts to get assistance. They failed to contact the seller after collecting their commission. Their handling of the situation was highly unprofessional showing no willingness to support or resolve outstanding issues. Overall the service provided was below expexmctation and l would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a a reliable and responsible agent.

GoogleBrilliant service, Madison understood my urgency to purchase a property as I have just had my sellers pull out, she managed to get me a viewing and from 9am on making the call on Saturday to 4pm I put an offer in and this has now been accepted within 48hours and fingers crossed all goes well and I get my dream home.
