I called Wards yesterday to enquire about a property and ended up speaking with Ellie Leen. What followed was not the usual transactional, slightly rushed conversation you might expect from an estate agent, but instead a calm, well-informed, and oddly reassuring discussion about everything from property details to mortgage options.

GoogleWards we’re professional & attentive, as should be expected especially in this market. Although we didn’t utilise them that much, we found them to be helpful. Lola showed us round a couple of houses and was the unusual (and refreshing, in any profession) mix of knowledgeable and funny, great asset. Thank you we have found our forever home.

GoogleWards Bearsted have shown poor customer service and provided misleading information. Two bed maisonette in Downswood which they put for an auction took out of market saying vendor has accepted offer from previous interested buyer when they put same property on market 5-6 months ago. When this property comes second time on market I contacted them straight away and ask if I can make offer because I really wanted this property but I had been told that vendor wants to go through an auction so offer before auction won’t be accepted so I was waiting for viewing and looking forward for auction till I got message that this property now no longer in market because it has been sold. If wards done their job efficiently than they could get their selller better deal because I believe there were lot of interested parties for this particular property in this well sought area.
