GoogleEnnis/Sam Many, many thanks to you both for managing a virtually flawless and very easy letting of our property. The whole process from start to finish has been handled by you both totally professionally, with complete transparency and just the right amount of communication. Particularly since it involved someone in the UK plus a landlord several time zones away in America. When we were selecting an Agent to manage the property you told us you were the best in the area - you were absolutely correct. Finally a big thank you to you Sam for going the extra mile in extremely hot weather to manage the viewings.
Good afternoon Peter, Thank you for your kind review. It's massively appreciated. I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you once again for the opportunity to work with yourself on the letting of the property, it was a genuine pleasure from start to finish. If you ever find yourself in the area, please feel free to pop in for a coffee! Many thanks, Ennis Richards Lettings Valuation Manager
