Very happy seller!

From the get go, Page and Wells were fantastic. They came and provided us with a realistic estimate but did advise the potential ups and downs of house selling. We instructed them shortly after, within a week they had enough viewings booked to take up a whole day of visit slots. We were able to leave the house for the day and leave Adam in charge. We had a number of offers come in and managed by Page and Wells we accepted an offer we were very happy with. Adam and the team were then very easily contactable throughout the process and were friendly and helpful all the way through to the day of completion. I would thoroughly recommend dealing with them for any house sales in the future.

We have been dealing with Page and Wells since around December 2021. We put offers on two properties with them (we changed property half way through). Even though they haven’t been our agents for selling our own property they have been brilliant. They have kept us updated by phone and email with updates on the house purchases, supported with chasing solicitors when required and helped us to get our purchase over the line. Even after we completed they have assisted with queries to the seller of queries we had. If we ever move house again they will be our first choice.

Best landlords agent we have ever had

Best landlords agent we have ever had. Not even exaggerating. Even issues that seem really minor and I feel daft for reporting Karen (Maidstone Branch) deals with immediately and efficiently. Not the same issues you usually find with a landlords agent at all. Usually you would wait months to have an issue resolved. Not with Page and Wells. From start to finish the process of signing paperwork, moving in and being looked after as tenants has been absolutely flawless. If you are looking at moving out for the first time or have had poor experiences with others, come to these guys - absolutely painless and Karen is simply lovely.

From start to finish Duncan and his team provided exemplary customer care and service. When Duncan arrived to take the photographs - I was frantically flapping and behind schedule - trying to hide my childrens toys under the stairs and cover with a curtain. Duncan calmly took off his jacket, rolled up his sleeves, picked up the staple gun and we hung the curtain together to create a more aesthetically pleasing photo! Professionalism, positivity and practical skills made the world of difference and completely calmed a moment of anxiety.

I contacted Page & Wells Loose branch to sell my home & when James came around I knew exactly who I was going with, as soon as he walked through the door we received a warm, friendly & professional welcome, I can honestly say James was with us from the beginning right the way through to the end, selling your home is extremely stressful but James looked after us all the way through, he couldn’t be more helpful, all problems, the silliest of questions we had, he dealt with, James and Page & Wells really made our dreams come true. Very good Estate Agent

I have previously used Page & Wells to sell my property and they came up trumps! I therefore decided to use their services again and Steve visited, explained the process, took on board my requirements and very quickly found a proceedable buyer. Shortly afterwards the chain was complete. I was concerned initially as there were eight in the chain. However I cannot praise the sterling work of Michelle enough. She kept the chain moving along, advised any issues and was brilliant about responding to queries. There was a wobble near exchange but with Michelle's help we managed to exchange and will shortly complete. I cannot recommend this company enough particularly Steve and Michelle. Thankyou.

By far the worse estate agent ever!!!. Dealt with James who was not very transparent and forthcoming with information regarding the existence of a probate which caused considerable delays to us including financial losses and inconvenience especially at a moment when I am pregnant and most vulnerable. I raised this with Duncan who was extremely rude and made it very clear that his duty is to the vendor WHO IS PAYING HIS FEES so he couldn't careless about us as long as we buy the property. At no point they apologize for the considerable delays. So basically they diasadvantage us to advantage their Vendor who couldn't be bothered to move out of the house to give us vacant possession. We had end up renewing our mortgage offer at our own expense that had expired because of the long wait luckily we were still in a position to do so. James would harass me while I'm at work and in meetings demanding information on this and then when I asked to stop harassing me he insinuated that I was lying when in fact he was the one that lied to us repeated to cover up the vendors situation. They prevented us from viewing the property which is spiteful. They lack customer service and professionalism in every sense. This almost drove me into depression because they made us spend money on solicitors mortgage brokers knowing there was a probate on the property and never told us. ******lying repeatedly on behalf of client is not taking instructions and is very much against Estate Agent Code of Professional conduct.

Superb service

We purchased our property through the Loose office, and their service was second to none. Knowing that we were on a same day exchange and completion, they even vacuumed the house for us prior to our completion at 5.15pm. Best agent for selling in Maidstone

Would highly recommend Page & Wells if you're selling a house in or around Maidstone. Their wealth of experience and knowledge of the local market is a big asset. David Page valued and sold our house within a week, for a price which was higher than any of the other agents would even consider marketing it for! The whole process from the sale through to completion was excellent. The time and effort taken to market the house at its best was very good, for example, coming back a couple of times to get good photos in the best light and allowing us to add things that we felt important to the details. Communication with us and our buyers was great. Nicola was very supportive throughout the whole after sales process, keeping everyone informed and on board, despite some delays from the property we were buying. Sold our property in Boughton Monchelsea

We sold our house in Boughton Monchelsea through the Loose branch of Page & Wells. Before appointing an agent, we carried out our due diligence and requested quotes from three different agents. Whilst all valued our property at the same price, we were most impressed with Duncan Wills from P&W. His professional, but very personable, approach and knowledge of the area convinced us that P&W were the agent for us.During the actual marketing process, we mainly dealt with James Palin, who is equally professional, personable and knowledgeable. The house was initially 'sold' before the For Sale sign went up, but unfortunately fell through after our buyer's own sale fell through. We had a number of time wasters offer afterwards and then Covid interrupted proceedings for half of 2020.Undeterred, P&W continued marketing our property in the face of some pretty tough times and more than our fair share of time wasters. A buyer was eventually found and we completed last week.Throughout the whole selling process, we were kept in the loop by phone and email. We were given solid advice on price strategies and continued marketing. Our home continually featured high on the lists on property websites such as Rightmove.Thoroughly professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with, we would not hesitate to recommend the team at the Loose branch of Page & Wells.

Originally my husband had chosen a well known online agent and the service was appalling so I chose Page and Wells over two other Maidstone agents. Steve, the manager had superior knowledge of the local area and housing whilst Michelle handled most of the viewings and sale. Our house was STC in less than a month.
