We recently sold our property with Page & Wells in Larkfield and cannot speak highly enough of the team; Sam, Phil & Izzy. Sam came out to value the property and we were really impressed with her enthusiasm, her obvious passion for her work and she couldn't speak highly enough about our house. She assured us we would have no trouble selling our property achieving the price we wanted, so there was never any thought of going with anyone else after her visit. Izzy and Phil were just as impressive when it came to dealing with the viewings, providing feedback after each viewing. In fact, Izzy was superb in dealing with our eventual buyer who was one of the first to view the property after 3 days on the market and putting in an offer there and then. Once the sale had been handed over to the progressions team, Lily was equally impressive in keeping us updated on progress, chasing solicitors and answering any questions that we and our buyer, had right through to completion A massive thank you to Sam, Izzy, Phil & Lily. From the first interaction I felt the sale of my late fathers home would be in safe hands. Phil & Izzy were just brilliant. They handled all the viewings on my behalf, kept me informed at all times and really pushed for the best price we could achieve. I also used their recommended conveyancers and they were pretty good too albeit a bit slow, given that the transaction was chain-free/cash buyer, it should have gone through quicker BUT needless to say, Page & Wells were brilliant and I couldn't recommend them enough. Great up front advice from people who really know their local property market. We dealt with Steve Kidd from the Maidstone branch, so we cannot speak for the other outlets. Steve and his colleague Katie were most professional in their dealings and kept their eye on the ball all the way through the process. We listed the property on a Tuesday and had four offers at or above the asking price by the Saturday. Katie spoke to the bidders and advised which one we ought to run with. Contracts have been exchanged and completion is due tomorrow. We'd be very happy to recommend Steve and his team.

By far the worse estate agent ever!!!. Dealt with James who was not very transparent and forthcoming with information regarding the existence of a probate which caused considerable delays to us including financial losses and inconvenience especially at a moment when I am pregnant and most vulnerable. I raised this with Duncan who was extremely rude and made it very clear that his duty is to the vendor WHO IS PAYING HIS FEES so he couldn't careless about us as long as we buy the property. At no point they apologize for the considerable delays. So basically they disadvantaged us to advantage their client who couldn't be bothered to move out of the house to give us vacant possession. We had end up renewing our mortgage offer at our own expense that had expired because of the long wait luckily we were still in a position to do so. They had also covered up damages to the property to have us pay a higher price. James would harass me while I'm at work and in meetings demanding information on this and then when I asked to stop harassing me he insinuated that I was lying when in fact he was the one that lied to us repeated to cover up the vendors situation - I now realise he was using reverse psychology. They prevented us from viewing the property which is spiteful. They lack customer service and professionalism in every sense. This almost drove me into depression because they made us spend money on solicitors mortgage brokers knowing there was a probate on the property and never told us. The whole transaction took us over 9months and we almost missed the stamp duty holiday. ******lying repeatedly on behalf of client is not taking instructions and is very much against Estate Agent Code of Professional conduct.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

From the get go, Page and Wells were fantastic. They came and provided us with a realistic estimate but did advise the potential ups and downs of house selling. We instructed them shortly after, within a week they had enough viewings booked to take up a whole day of visit slots. We were able to leave the house for the day and leave Adam in charge. We had a number of offers come in and managed by Page and Wells we accepted an offer we were very happy with. Adam and the team were then very easily contactable throughout the process and were friendly and helpful all the way through to the day of completion. So in the days of self funded companies that replace estate agents, you wonder if it is worth paying for a proper estate agent. My answer is absolutely and that Page and Wells have to be top of the stack of choices.From Steves visit to value, the recommendation of an amazing photographer who made our lovely home look the best it could, to the positive, supportive viewings. All brilliant and the best service.And when we came to progressing our sale, Michelle became my right hand woman. We sold our house in Boughton Monchelsea through the Loose branch of Page & Wells. Before appointing an agent, we carried out our due diligence and requested quotes from three different agents. Whilst all valued our property at the same price, we were most impressed with Duncan Wills from P&W. His professional, but very personable, approach and knowledge of the area convinced us that P&W were the agent for us. During the actual marketing process, we mainly dealt with James Palin, who is equally professional, personable and knowledgeable. The house was initially 'sold' before the For Sale sign went up, but unfortunately fell through after our buyer's own sale fell through. We had a number of time wasters offer afterwards and then Covid interrupted proceedings for half of 2020. Undeterred, P&W continued marketing our property in the face of some pretty tough times and more than our fair share of time wasters. A buyer was eventually found and we completed last week. Throughout the whole selling process, we were kept in the loop by phone and email. We were given solid advice on price strategies and continued marketing. Our home continually featured high on the lists on property websites such as Rightmove. Thoroughly professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with, we would not hesitate to recommend the team at the Loose branch of Page & Wells.

Josh was very personable with us and patient with our many questions. We would have liked a little more contact in the run up to the big move date re deposits and to knowbeverything aas still ok, as we had quite a wait for the property.
