Page & Wells were the agents that acted for me in the sale of my property in Bearsted. Throughout the process of putting the property on the market, liaising and keeping me informed of feedback from the various inspections they carried out, they were brilliant. They were extremely knowledgeable regarding the market and highly professional in their dealings with me. All the Bearsted office contributed to the successful sale and in particular Mike Fisher who did an excellent job during the sale process. What could have been a very stressful process with the restrictions imposed on us all due to Covid were professionally dealt with making my family and I all feel safe. We recently used Page & Wells Bearsted for our first house purchase. After our original sale fell through, we were so impressed with Page & Wells. They were always calling us to let us know what was going on, rather than us having to chase them. They were very friendly, could arrange visits very quickly and we really felt like they were trying to get the best deal for both parties. Milly was exceptionally good and would regularly call or email me with general updates and kept the ball rolling throughout. Would definitely use again!

I loved my first estate agent when we bought and sold but now I have met Sam and Steve at Larkfield, Page and Wells and I adore them! When people say “nothing is too much trouble” they throw that statement out there... Sam and Steve had the hardest chain and at times the most ludicrous sale with our house and the things they did to get our exchange over the line were nothing short of amazing. I had phone calls and replies to emails past 6pm to reassure and update me. The literature and advertising of our home was brilliant with great attention to detail. We went on the market in July and went under offer and sold a month later. They then worked tirelessly to ensure our long chain didn’t collapse. I am 99% sure if we’d gone with another agent we wouldn’t have exchanged yesterday, the negotiations and rapport needed to manage the other agents and solicitors in the chain was paramount and Sam & Steve were a brilliant double act. I don’t know where to begin…I just purchased my first home and the team from Page & Wells in Larkfield could genuinely not have made it a better experience for me if they tried!Phil (the branch manager) went above and beyond from start to finish. Page and Wells are an exceptional estate agent

Be at Page and Wells, Larkfield was exceptional from start to finish and helped us hit a very tricky deadline after nearly a year of let down from another agent. Be was helpful and informed throughout, she took control of the situation and we were never in any doubt that our sale (and entire move) was in safe hands. Her communication was second to none, not just to us, but throughout the chain. Be was away as we were getting towards exchange but left us in the very safe hands of Phil who was also incredibly communicative and supportive. Throughout the whole process we always felt that we were their priority, and that they genuinely cared about us and our move. I could not recommend them enough. Estate agents get a bad name, but that wouldn't be the case if they were all like the team at Page and Wells in Larkfield.
