Page & Wells (King Street Maidstone) Exceptional Service_Sam Mihill

Page & Wells (King Street Maidstone branch) were the acting agents in my purchase of an investment property during late 2017/completion early 2018 & my dealings at the outset were with Sam Mihill. He was an absolute delight to work with, gracious approachable, exceptionally helpful throughout the three month process as well as efficient & completely understanding of my specific requirements as an investment buyer including the three viewings prior to exchange, even going as far juggling his diary & rearranging appointments in order that we had continuity; nothing was too much trouble. He also even more importantly, managed to very diplomatically & successfully secure the offer that I had tabled to the vendor and persevered until acceptance.Sam also continued to provide support with some post-completion issues that arose. Cannot recommend Sam highly enough.

The team at Page & Wells Loose did an…outstanding job

The team at Page & Wells Loose did an outstanding job, especially James and Adam, to facilitate the sale of my 87 year old mothers house. Quite a sensitive time for an aged and disabled person to be changing their house quite late in life. James was very sensitive to the circumstances and handled every aspect in a friendly and professional manner. Many Thanks

Flawless service from Maidstone branch

Can't fault the service we had with the sale of our property through the Maidstone branch. Getting our property on the market proved painless and we managed to get it listed quickly which was especially important to us, allowing us to view properties we had already seen listed and wanted to view. Right from David Page's first visit followed by the support for the sale progression from Michelle, we had excellent service throughout. The prompt replies to email queries were always appreciated.

I would give 6 stars if I could

It's hard to find companies these days with as much genuine care as Page & Wells. Through every step of us selling our home, they were there to support us. Every member of staff at the Larkfield office went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. Excellent service and team, this is how it's done. Thanks for everything guys!

Page & Wells Bearsted - Estate Agents

When my mother died in 2016 Page & Wells sold her property for us & we were so impressed by the service we received that they were the automatic choice as estate agents for us when my father-in-law died earlier this year (2021) to find a buyer & arrange the sale of his property in Bearsted. All very straight forward you may think but we happen to live 300 plus miles away & the distance plus the pandemic conspired to make things as difficult as possible.Page & Wells made the process as easy as they did for us in 2016, keeping us fully informed at all times via email & website & offering guidance when we required it.The sale was completed in good time with a minimum of fuss. All in all, excellent service from all in the Bearsted office. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.Thank you Page & Wells.

Very impressed by Page & Wells. I couldn't fault the Larkfield team: Sam, Coral & Phil - all very friendly, helpful, professional. Kept me up-to-date with everything, and made it a smooth process. I also initially dealt with Duncan and James, who again were very helpful and professional. Page & Wells were recommended to me, I will continue to recommend. Thank you very much!

Professional, helpful and responsive team

We have been very happy with the service we received from Page & Wells. All the staff were professional, responsive and helpful and managed to resell our house in under two weeks when our initial sale fell through. We had lots of viewings, most of which were expertly handled by Steve and Caitlin. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. Thanks to the team at King Street!

Bearsted office, Purchase experience

We interacted with Page and Wells (Bearsted) who were acting as agents in the purchase of our first home. Being new to the property market, Page and Wells were very supportive, clearing any doubts we had along the way. A special thanks to Adam Aelen and all at the Bearsted office for making what many find stressful and frustrating a rather smooth process.

Professional Service

I have chosen Page & Wells - Lettings to manage a tenancy for me. Lauren, Nikki and Nadine have all been really impressive. The property was advertised well, and a suitable tenant was found quickly (I had a choice of 4/5 different people!) The tenant is now happily in situe. I have used Page & Wells before (tenancy management & house sale), and was delighted with the service I received from the team.

Excellent estate agents! Property sold within 10 weeks ,from going to market, acceptance of offer, to completion of sale, despite it being a very busy time and covid!
