From the moment we call arranged a viewing with page and wells in aylesford we was met at our new home by izzi who was absolutely amazing, never tried to push it on us or rush us through was very helpful with questions we had. Once we put in an offer and got the ball rolling a colleague called lily kept us updated through out with what was going on behind the scenes. Honestly was such a smooth purchase. Brilliant

From the first interaction I felt the sale of my late fathers home would be in safe hands. Phil & Izzy were just brilliant. They handled all the viewings on my behalf, kept me informed at all times and really pushed for the best price we could achieve. I also used their recommended conveyancers and they were pretty good too albeit a bit slow, given that the transaction was chain-free/cash buyer, it should have gone through quicker BUT needless to say, Page & Wells were brilliant and I couldn't recommend them enough. The team were a delight to deal with. Thank you Page & Wells Larkfield.

The Larkfield branch are the absolute A Team of how to be estate agents. Phil, Sam and Izzy are the absolute dream team! Great up front advice from people who really know their local property market. We dealt with Steve Kidd from the Maidstone branch, so we cannot speak for the other outlets. Steve and his colleague Katie were most professional in their dealings and kept their eye on the ball all the way through the process. We listed the property on a Tuesday and had four offers at or above the asking price by the Saturday. Katie spoke to the bidders and advised which one we ought to run with. Contracts have been exchanged and completion is due tomorrow. We'd be very happy to recommend Steve and his team.

So in the days of self funded companies that replace estate agents, you wonder if it is worth paying for a proper estate agent. My answer is absolutely and that Page and Wells have to be top of the stack of choices.From Steves visit to value, the recommendation of an amazing photographer who made our lovely home look the best it could, to the positive, supportive viewings. All brilliant and the best service.And when we came to progressing our sale, Michelle became my right hand woman. Boy, was this the most complicated chain I’ve ever experienced- down to pandemic, slow moving solicitors ( not mine) and every frustration you could imagine.Michelle was so in our corner, I genuinely believe it was her that held everything together and made it all happen. She is totally my favourite person at the moment.Page and Wells charged very reasonable fees and they earned every single penny of them.

Nicola and Steve of Page & Wells Maidstone were excellent in supporting us with a fairly protracted move in August 2021. Provided a sensible valuation and then achieved over the asking price, which is ultimately what you want.Main value was after the property was sold STC, with plenty of useful advice and sage wisdom on handling buyers and keeping the wider chain together - that's ultimately what you pay for, and would do it again if selling or buying in the Page & Wells area. They were always calling us to let us know what was going on, rather than us having to chase them. They were very friendly, could arrange visits very quickly and we really felt like they were trying to get the best deal for both parties. I loved my first estate agent when we bought and sold but now I have met Sam and Steve at Larkfield, Page and Wells and I adore them! When people say “nothing is too much trouble” they throw that statement out there... Sam and Steve had the hardest chain and at times the most ludicrous sale with our house and the things they did to get our exchange over the line were nothing short of amazing. I had phone calls and replies to emails past 6pm to reassure and update me. The literature and advertising of our home was brilliant with great attention to detail. We went on the market in July and went under offer and sold a month later. They then worked tirelessly to ensure our long chain didn’t collapse. I am 99% sure if we’d gone with another agent we wouldn’t have exchanged yesterday, the negotiations and rapport needed to manage the other agents and solicitors in the chain was paramount and Sam & Steve were a brilliant double act. Thank you so much! I’ve already started recommending you to people.

I don’t know where to begin…I just purchased my first home and the team from Page & Wells in Larkfield could genuinely not have made it a better experience for me if they tried!Phil (the branch manager) went above and beyond from start to finish.
