The staff and people we worked with throughout our experience of selling and buying were all extremely helpful and understanding at all times. James was a star to deal with and Adam was too. . I can't fort the staff or service to be honest but it is expensive. I guess you pay for what you get

Page and Wells were so helpful in our house sale. Michelle and David were professional, easy to contact and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. The price was very reasonable and they even helped us as a buyer, showing us properties that fitted all our criteria. I would definitely recommend using them for house sales or purchases, we were very impressed!

Was impressed with the service throughout and the fantastic communication of the Bearsted Page and Wells team. Very quick to get on the market from initial valuation, they did all the viewings with no hassle to ourselves. Once the property was sold, they kept us informed throughout. A special mention to Nicola and Mike who were superb at liaising with the chain to keep things moving at the end to reach exchange. Would highly recommend the Bearsted team.

Mike and the team impressed from the start. We really felt that they understood the local market and were giving us honest advice. A quick sale was achieved but we did encounter issues lower down the chain due to changing market conditions. The team were very supportive and did all they could to keep pressure on the various parties. Thanks too to Nicola for responding promptly and calmly during the stressful concluding stages. The level of service and support we received from the whole team at Page and Wells Larkfield, but particularly Phil and Be, has been outstanding from the outset. We have just completed a very lengthy and difficult sale and both Phil and Be have navigated us through every hurdle, going above and beyond to mitigate the shortcomings of other parties in the chain. Communication was excellent throughout, so we always knew what was happening and what our choices were. What made them really stand out when we were choosing an agent was that they genuinely understood what the move meant to us as a family and worked tirelessly to help us realise our dream.

Be at Page and Wells, Larkfield was exceptional from start to finish and helped us hit a very tricky deadline after nearly a year of let down from another agent. Be was helpful and informed throughout, she took control of the situation and we were never in any doubt that our sale (and entire move) was in safe hands. Her communication was second to none, not just to us, but throughout the chain. Be was away as we were getting towards exchange but left us in the very safe hands of Phil who was also incredibly communicative and supportive. Throughout the whole process we always felt that we were their priority, and that they genuinely cared about us and our move. I could not recommend them enough. Estate agents get a bad name, but that wouldn't be the case if they were all like the team at Page and Wells in Larkfield.

From the moment we spoke to Duncan from Page and Wells to request a viewing, to the collection of the keys at the house on Completion, nothing was too much trouble. Duncan was able to deal with the various parties involved in our purchase in such a way that delays were avoided, despite some complex access issues that could have slowed things down. The purchase took less than two months to go through and the vendors and ourselves owe it to Duncan for getting us in before Christmas. We would highly recommend Page & Wells as they offered such a professional service.

From the get go, Page and Wells were fantastic. They came and provided us with a realistic estimate but did advise the potential ups and downs of house selling. We instructed them shortly after, within a week they had enough viewings booked to take up a whole day of visit slots. We were able to leave the house for the day and leave Adam in charge. We had a number of offers come in and managed by Page and Wells we accepted an offer we were very happy with. Adam and the team were then very easily contactable throughout the process and were friendly and helpful all the way through to the day of completion. I would thoroughly recommend dealing with them for any house sales in the future.

Went through Paige & Wells in Maidstone regarding a flat me and my partner went to view, Nikki Chaney was amazing at keeping us updated and even on completion it was the little touches like the welcome boxes, I've used their reporting service once where my hot water was having a blip but still had extremely good service from them, nothing appears too much trouble for these guys and massive thank you to Nikki for making it so easy and simple for us

Best landlords agent we have ever had. Not even exaggerating. Even issues that seem really minor and I feel daft for reporting Karen (Maidstone Branch) deals with immediately and efficiently. Not the same issues you usually find with a landlords agent at all. Usually you would wait months to have an issue resolved. Not with Page and Wells. From start to finish the process of signing paperwork, moving in and being looked after as tenants has been absolutely flawless. If you are looking at moving out for the first time or have had poor experiences with others, come to these guys - absolutely painless and Karen is simply lovely.

I contacted Page & Wells Loose branch to sell my home & when James came around I knew exactly who I was going with, as soon as he walked through the door we received a warm, friendly & professional welcome, I can honestly say James was with us from the beginning right the way through to the end, selling your home is extremely stressful but James looked after us all the way through, he couldn’t be more helpful, all problems, the silliest of questions we had, he dealt with, James and Page & Wells really made our dreams come true. We moved from Coxheath, Maidstone to a lovely property by the sea... & you know what, he then done exactly the same for my elderly parents, moved them from Maidstone to St. Mary’s Bay... Elderly couple, not on the internet, absolutely not a problem, again looked after them from start to finish.... I would hand on heart recommend Page & Wells to everyone..... I have previously used Page & Wells to sell my property and they came up trumps! I therefore decided to use their services again and Steve visited, explained the process, took on board my requirements and very quickly found a proceedable buyer. Shortly afterwards the chain was complete. I was concerned initially as there were eight in the chain. However I cannot praise the sterling work of Michelle enough. She kept the chain moving along, advised any issues and was brilliant about responding to queries. There was a wobble near exchange but with Michelle's help we managed to exchange and will shortly complete. I cannot recommend this company enough particularly Steve and Michelle. Thankyou.

We purchased our property through the Loose office, and their service was second to none. Knowing that we were on a same day exchange and completion, they even vacuumed the house for us prior to our completion at 5.15pm. Their communication was excellent throughout, despite the fact that the seller's solicitor was moving at a snail's pace through the paperwork, but they were happy to chase on our behalf. Full marks.

Dealt with James who was not very transparent and forthcoming with information regarding the existence of a probate which caused considerable delays to us including financial losses and inconvenience especially at a moment when I am pregnant and most vulnerable. I raised this with Duncan who was extremely rude and made it very clear that his duty is to the vendor WHO IS PAYING HIS FEES so he couldn't careless about us as long as we buy the property. At no point they apologize for the considerable delays. So basically they diasadvantage us to advantage their Vendor who couldn't be bothered to move out of the house to give us vacant possession. We had end up renewing our mortgage offer at our own expense that had expired because of the long wait luckily we were still in a position to do so. James would harass me while I'm at work and in meetings demanding information on this and then when I asked to stop harassing me he insinuated that I was lying when in fact he was the one that lied to us repeated to cover up the vendors situation. They prevented us from viewing the property which is spiteful. They lack customer service and professionalism in every sense. This almost drove me into depression because they made us spend money on solicitors mortgage brokers knowing there was a probate on the property and never told us. ******lying repeatedly on behalf of client is not taking instructions and is very much against Estate Agent Code of Professional conduct.
