She keeps me regularly updated with inspection reports and notifies me if there are any issues or concerns that I need to address as a landlord. GoogleCalled the lettings to ask about availabilities of the properties and got super rude answers topped with arrogance and coldness. Definitely would not recommend this company for anyone. Very disappointed. Train your staff how to speak with people. Rude.

GoogleAbsolutely awful, unprofessional and incompetent. Very lucky to have dodged a bullet not going with them - do yourselves a favour and use literally any other agency. I dealt with the owner Nigel Harvey, which you would think would be the best experience, but it's the worst behaviour I've ever seen from any agency / person working for one. A total disgrace.

GoogleI had organised to view a propoerty they had for sale, and had received a text confirming the viewing in the morning. After making an hour drive to Maidstone they cancelled the appointment just before it was due. They were completely unhelpful on the phone about the cancellation. A complete waste of two hours and petrol.

YellPOOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Had a booking confirmed to view an apartment, took me 30 minutes to drive there having taken a half day off work and nobody was there to greet me. I called them up and they told me that the appointment had been cancelled. Nobody had the decency to let me know. SHOCKING customer satisfaction.

GoogleAppalling. Arranged a viewing with them only to be stood up, and when I called them, I the first time I was hung up on. On the third time of calling them, I was told that the viewing "may have been cancelled". Thorough waste of time and totally discourteous. Avoid.

Absolutely joke of a company meant to have a viewing on 26th june no one turned up so phoned spoke to nigel harvey and rearranged it for 28th june again no one turned up stay clear company timewasters and dont know how to communicate
