GoogleI cannot express enough my gratitude to Debbie Smith and Jo Walker, Lettings Coordinators at Connells in Maidstone. They work tirelessly to ensure my property is managed to the very highest standards, ensuring that I, as well as my tenants maintain my property to the best of our abilities. They really do deserve special recognition and really set the gold standard for lettings management!

GoogleI lost a lot of money trying to buy a property with the help to buy scheme. The property in Melrose place had too many mortgages tied up in the same block of flats (so they said) and I lost £500 in solicitors fees for a property that I thought was available for purchase. As a person on a low income this ruptured my finances.

GoogleJo Walker has changed my outlook on Connells, she has been able to move some of the much needed work on our rental property forward after a year or so of trying under the previous person in charge of property management at Connells. She is definitely a merit to the company and has shown perseverance and care in dealing with our issues.

GoogleI was living in a property from this company for 3 years. At first all great, but I will never be with them again. I moved in and had no light., place was dirty so had to clean. Went a year without hot water and months without a fridge. They have screwed me over royally and I don't recommend this company to anyone!

GoogleOnly given one star because Zero wasn't an option.... Avoid like the plague, you will be ignored, lied to when they do bother to reply, mislead and then they will take your money and then lie about having ever received it. Customer Service and professionalism are non-existent - the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

GoogleAbsolutely horrendous experience.... absolute no go! You speak to several people who somehow turn over new staff over weekend!.... never had continuity. Very very very stressful experience and sadly they don't care that they can cause you so much stress and hassle when in fact you pay them to relieve the stress. Horrendous. Don't do it.

GoogleJoe did a viewing for us at the house on the same afternoon we phoned about it. All the paperwork was completed by email (quick and easy process) and we collected the keys a short time after. GoogleHave to echo other comments here about rudeness and a lack of professionalism from staff. I was also lied to about things I had paid for, the features of a property I was looking at. Once an agreement was signed, they didn't want to know. If only zero stars was an option. AVOID.
