Highly recommend Connells Maidstone - and especially Emily! Emily was our agent throughout the whole process and was nothing short of perfect. She was helpful through every step, worked to meet all of our needs and even while she was off sick from work made sure stand-ins and replacements were in place to make sure things ran smoothly. I also wanted to thank Louise for her great help in assisting us while Emily was off sick as she was eager to help and friendly despite not expecting my phone call that day. I have been with Connells for over 12 years as a landlord. I find the Maidstone Branch extremely professional. Jo Walker is my property manager I find her to be totally on the ball dealing with the fine balance of tenant and owner needs. She ensures that trades do a proper job for me and will obtain rebates if the work is not done correctly, which she has done for me recently. Between Jo and Mark Fitzgerald they make sure I am kept up to speed and fully understand my rights and legal/new legislation. Thank guys for the last 12 years.

In the final steps of selling my flat through Connells and overall, I had a positive experience. While there were some bumps in the road with buyers pulling out, I would still recommend their services. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The team kept me updated regularly and were always available to answer any questions I had. They were proactive in finding solutions to any issues that arose and I felt confident that they were working hard to get the best outcome for me. The marketing of my property was also very effective. They used high-quality photos and a well-written description to showcase my flat in the best possible light. This resulted in a good level of interest from potential buyers. The only downside was that I had a couple of buyers pull out before the sale was finalized. This was obviously frustrating, but it was through no fault of Connells. They handled the situation professionally and efficiently, and we were able to find a new buyers relatively quickly. Overall, I would definitely recommend Connells to anyone looking to sell their property.
