GoogleAppalling customer service. They are not responsive to emails or phone calls. They are incredibly disorganised and will waste a lot of your time - you will have to constantly chase them to get anything done. No professionalism - those working there take no real pride or care with the work they do. An absolutely terrible and exhausting experience for lettings as well as sales.

GoogleWe were using Connells as our letting Agent for quite a few years. We allways found the service very good, in particular at the Maidstone office. Mark Fitzgerald, the manager was particularly helpful in resolving any problems we had.

On 3 occasions this company has either carried out appraisals or called to make an appointment for an appraisal but on every occasion they have failed to follow up on promised call backs. With that record how would they have performed if they were marketing my property? Steer well clear.

Believe when i say they wonderfully assisted throughout the whole process of booking the house, getting references done within no time and finally moving in. It was a bliss to do business with Connells, because i was more than happy with the rent price after having a look(viewing) at the newly decorated property that too very near to all amenities like a park, town centre and my workplace.
