GoogleA pretty average experience of trying to rent through Prospect. Didn't seem on the ball, their finance vetting third party couldn't cope with a retiree with savings/investments. OK I guess if you're a wage earner who fits their spreadsheet model. The lettings side of Prospect tried their best to overcome the hurdles .

GoogleI have been with Prospect for 10 years and over this time they have delivered excellent service with courtesy and warmth. They have so many contacts and can deal with almost any issue that arises with tenants for landlords. They are efficient and have food systems and report keeping. I recommend them highly.

Bernadette Martin acted as the transaction support as was very engaged, proactive and helpful with getting the sale to proceed. She kept us updated throughout the process and helped to resolve the few issues that arose throughout the sales process.

We have been looking at properties to rent and/or buy for most of 2020. Lloyd and Sebastian at Prospect were phenomenal! They continuously stayed in touch and sent through properties which were in line with our requirements. Now we are in our property, our property manager Melissa, is a God send!! Easy to get hold of, always in communication and understanding to any issues we have had. Feel extremely lucky to have her as our property manager.

Very poor client services, Most of the time staff is out of office with no proper backup to respond to client.My property management was taken over by Prospect from Wilkinson and we were with them with excellent service for almost 10 years. With Prospect, its very frustrating as no body takes any responsibility or attention to clients queries.
