I will complain when required, but I am also the first to give credit when I receive good service. In fact, good service should come as standard, but these days it's very rarely received. Great service is what should be applauded. This is what I receive from Becky Baxter. I have been a Landlord for many years now and Becky has always quick to report any issues with a property. Becky is also very good at keeping me updated with progress of those issues. Becky is a credit to Prospect.

I am the last guy who leaves behind any feedback but in this case I am delighted to do so. I am a professional portfolio landlord over 10 years now. I have so far managed tenants handson and hence I understand the complexity of Tenancy laws and landlord responsibility. This is the first occasion I have handed over my Bracknell property to Prospects under all sorts of apprehensions to fully manage. However, I could not be any more assured and delighted that Prospects gave me Ms. Beckie Baxter as my senior property manager to look after my property and tenants. It is this kind of passion for work and professionalism that makes great business. Beckie not only does what she needs to do but will go every extra mile to ensure things were taken careof. I recently even received an email reply at 6.12 AM from her ! Thank you Beckie and I look forward to work with you in 2022 as well.

Beckie Baxter has been super friendly and supportive with her assistance with our rental property; we have found her very warm and you do not feel like an inconvenience asking questions as other agents in the past have. She’s really fast to respond and send communication between ourselves and the property owners. I would also like to give a special mention to Lloyd Richardson for his initial support in securing the property and answering all our questions, we found him very professional. By far the best experience we’ve had to date with lettings agencies. Great staff - don’t lose them.

However one particular member is worth mentioning for a 5 star review in my book and that is Beckie Baxter, Senior Property Manager. I have dealt with a number of PMs with Prospect over the years and Beckie is our current key contact for a while now and she has been absolutely amazing. Beckie is extremely professional and friendly with great communication skills and attention to details. It goes without saying of course that there has been the odd hiccup here and there but on balance, I have to raise my hat to Beckie. You are a credit to your employer and to yourself. GoogleMy worst experience with renting. Although I did not have too many problems with the first property I rented via prospect, it was with the second property where I experienced their true nature of being unreliable and unprofessional. The initial viewing itself had problems since the agent did not have the keys and I had to wait for 15 min after arrival. During the viewing the agent tried to convince me that the place was really amazing and had absolutely no problems. And as soon as I agreed to take it, they made me pay the holding deposit immediately and ASAP (most people have probably experienced this). The second sign of unprofessionalism was when I wanted to sign the contract and get things done, on top of them changing the moving date, I had to chase them daily for the contract, which was only provided during the last day before moving in. Notice the contrast when they want the money vs when a tenant wants to get things done. However, this was nothing compared to what I went through after that. I was later told by the landlord when I moved in after signing everything, that the housemate was crazy and had harassed a previous housemate who left due to that. There was no mention of this during the viewing and also during the weeks in between just before I moved in. So my advice is that these agents come with an agenda, which is solely to sell these places and really don't care about the wellbeing of the future tenants, so please do not believe everything that they say and be extra careful before you agree to anything.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRented a property and asked for a professional cleaning, as during these delicate times, cleaning should be the norm, not the exception. I've asked for a second viewing of the property, upon agreeing on the contract, but they just lied that it will be arranged, but it hasn't happen. One day prior my move date, we've got an e-mail stating that Prospect will be only part managing, meaning they only cash the rent and all the maintenance issue and all the other queries, will have to be addressed with the landlord. Moved in, on the check-in us and the check-in clerk agreed that the property wasn't professionally cleaned (wasn't even cleaned), as you can see the pictures, except for the oven and like 80% of the fridge/freezer. Hot water isn't working, one of the bathroom taps are leaking, one of the wall outlets is coming off from the wall, even the carpets haven't been hoovered. Bathroom, well, hair on the bathtub, timescale everywhere and water marks, toilet dirty. Wardrobes were dirty inside. The whole house is smelly. And one of the smoke alarms keeps beeping, the one near the boiler. Called the landlord and she claims she has cleaned the property and she will send someone to fix the boiler. When? We don't know. She said if I am not happy, than I should find somewhere else to live... That's just after 14 hours after the move. Prospect were communicative until they've got the deposit and first month rent. Then silence. The moving clerk wasn't even answering her phone (tried business hours, like 4 times during two weeks time). GoogleWe came to Prospect after our property had been on the market with another estate agent for some time without success. Simon organised several viewings in the first two weeks and after three weeks we were able to accept an offer. Negotiations leading up to exchange of contracts were protracted (not Prospect's fault in any way) and Ryan, Simon and Betsy kept us fully informed throughout and liaised with both sets solicitors efficiently. GoogleI recently sold my property in Maidenhead. I have to say that the solicitors (recommended by Prospect) were terrible; however the personnel at Prospect Estate Agents in Maidenhead compensated for this. Ryan Tucker (the Branch Manager), Tom, Grace and Dan were all extremely helpful and highly professional in their work. What impressed me the most was the fact that if I wanted to speak to someone then I was able to get through by telephone, or simply pop in to the office in the town for a few words. Friendly and reassuring, nothing was ever too much trouble - Ryan, in particular, was simply brilliant. GoogleI've been letting my property through Prospect for some time and as they have always looked after it so well I decided to speak to them about potentially selling, despite them securing me a new tenant in what felt like a matter of minutes. I wasn't overly hopeful as the property needed some updating however I spoke to Ryan at the Maidenhead branch and agreed to let him have the property for 4 weeks to see if he could secure a sale, he in turn marketed the property and found a buyer within 2 weeks. Throughout the initial process Ryan was up front and told me what to expect, I didn't feel that he was pushing me into anything and communication was regular and very open. GoogleAs first-time buyers, we have had a great experience with Prospect Maidenhead so far in our purchase. We've primarily dealt with Simon, who conducted two viewings with us, the second of which he was kind enough to offer outside of business hours so that we could fit it around our work. This was massively appreciated! His great knowledge of the area also really helped us come to a decision to make an offer on the property we did, and we've consistently felt valued as customers without ever feeling pushed into rushing a decision. It's also always been really straightforward to get hold of Simon with any questions we've had, and on the couple of occasions we couldn't speak to him, another member of staff has always stepped in and been very helpful in getting us what we needed. Simon and the rest of the team have been really approachable and transparent throughout, and the level of service hasn't fallen even after having our offer accepted, when it could be very easy for a salesperson to say "job done" and move on. We've also been very pleased with the mortgage advisor recommended to us, and have proceeded with our application with minimal stress. Unable to comment on the recommended conveyancing service that we did choose to use as we've not had to have too much contact with them, but we haven't encountered any difficulties with them up until now. We have recently sold our house through Prospect and the service was fantastic from start to finish. We dealt with Josh, Alex and Kirsty whilst the property was on the market and they were all friendly and helpful. They were extremely quick to respond to any enquires and the house was sold within a couple of weeks. I think where Prospect really excelled was once we sold the house and had to work with the solicitors to get the contracts exchanged. Aimee was our contact at Prospect and worked tirelessly with ourselves, our buyers and our solicitors to get everything through. She was absolutely fantastic and was completely focussed on getting our sale progressed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prospect and if I needed to sell a property again they would be my first point of call.

I must say if you are thinking renting with Prospect agency please DON'T. When i came for the apartment viewing the agent agreed with everything i asked. It was very important for me the apartment to be pet friendly, the agent confirmed that on the viewing day. I must say the behavior from all agents was very arrogant. I also required a dishwasher or be granted to buy and install one, the agent mocked with me, saying that i didn't check the property properly and there was one already ( there wasn't a dishwasher) in my room we didn't had lights and the electricity plugs weren't working, half of the apartment was without lights or electricity plugs not working. The electricity made many of our white goods totally fry also laptops and mobile phones. After constantly calling and asking to be fixed finally after 6 months they send an electrician. After they managed to fix the electricity we had a black out and days without hot water and gas heating, it was winter time and super cold. The toilet was licking and they "fixed it" after 11 months and the toilet sit it's barely staying on it's place, no one is bother to fix it. There is either miscommunication between the agency and the landlords or someone here doesn't care about basic human living standards. The last thing that happened, ( i couldn't bring my dogs before because of covid ) i finally managed to bring my dogs, before i did i emailed the agent to inform her and for her to inform the landlord that i will bring my dogs, she replied to my email that such thing was never granted from the landlord. Before my contract ended, agent gave me a call if i want to extend the contract which we agreed to continue month by month because they are selling the property, i spoke with the same agent to speak with the landlords about me bringing the dogs, i was asked what kind of breed they are and when i told her they are small dogs and they have their age and they don't do much these days, sleeping most of the time she said she can't see a problem or why they wouldn't approve, so when we finally got to the point where i was about to bring them she asked me if i have this permission somewhere in written, all of a sudden no one remembers this conversation. I am putting in writing here that i will never ever rent with Prospect anymore and i will make sure everyone i hear who wants to rent with you not to

We recently bought a house in Wokingham for our son. We had the very good fortune to have Prospect in Wokingham as the sellers Estate agent and more notably Keagan Impey as our main link. As one of the sales team Keagan could not have done more for us had he tried. Despite representing the seller Keagan treated us with the utmost professionalism. He was friendly, courteous, helpful and at times went out of his way to deal with our needs. Nothing was too much for him. During the sales process, he arranged for us to visit the property on several occasions, despite complications getting keys. He responded very quickly to our requests, notably where others were not inclined to do so. He made sure that the seller and their solicitors took action when there were frustrating delays and he made sure that we were kept fully updated. Keagan was the lynchpin in our purchase and to be brutally honest had he not been so very helpful and accommodating we would have withdrawn from the purchase in other circumstances. A very personable young man who fully understands and acts upon customer needs. A credit to Prospect Estate Agents. Thank you Keagan.

We met Beth after a round of 2 other estate agents who had failed to secure a buyer for us.Beth took the reins and was extremely pro active in finding and contacting lots of potential buyers.She wasn't deterred back if someone wasn't interested.We had a flurry of individuals and all were fed back to us if the answer was a no.We have now sold our property and are in the last throws of our sale.We wish her luck in her new role and we will use her again without hesitation but let's hope it isn't too soon.Good luck, you deserve this.
