Hi there!I am a landlord and I work mainly with Sasha. I would like to say that she is very helpful both through emails and on the phone. She is pacient and tries to give pertinent explanations when promted. Although, I get sometime frustrated with the process of getting and signing in a new tenant and getting all the certificates and aprovals for the house, Sasha has been a very professional and at the same time a friendly person. Prospect estate agents have managed my flat for years. They have always been competent, but recently Sasha Byrne has taken over as my property manager. Sasha has transformed the level of service I receive. She has recently managed a very complex situation with 2 separate utility companies in order to get a new stopcock installed in my flat. Sasha, never gave up even though the companies involved became more and more difficult. She kept me informed through every twist and turn of this saga and ensured me and my tenant were happy. This is real above and beyond service! Sasha is awesome!

We have been using Prospect since 2008 to manage our rental property, and are currently working with Sasha as our property manager. Sasha is really responsive, clear in her communication and has a 'can do ' approach to getting things done - even if a little outside of the traditional remit of repairs and maintenance. I feel confident that our property is in safe hands while we are living out of the country, and have confidence that Sasha can manage any situation that arises very competently.

Me and my wife have been renting through Prospects for the last 2 years and have just renewed with them at our property for the next 2 years. Our current property manager, Sasha Byrne has been amazing and is a credit to Prospects. Sasha has a great work ethic, always striving to meet our needs/requests and always maintains great communication regarding matters of the property. Sold our house through Prospects Warfield. An excellent team who took good care of our interests. And when managing the sales process itself Beth Murphy was an excellent support and key to progress in the getting all the elements sorted out in time for the deal to go through on the agreed date.They kept everything calm even when the situation got a bit stressful.Beth kept us in the loop through out the process so we knew we were on track.All in all - Paul and his team did a great job.

From the first call I had with Beth to arrange a viewing of a property to the exchange of contracts on that property I have been very impressed with her commitment and speed of response. Beth was very open and honest during the viewing and she clearly had a good relationship with the vendors. Since our offer was accepted Beth has been in touch with my solicitor and my estate agent regularly in order to keep things moving along. I would certainly recommend Beth and Prospect in Warfield (Paul & Charlie have also been great when Beth has been out of the office) if you are looking to buy or sell a house. Thank you Beth!

Good Lettings AgentsWe dealt with Sasha Byrne during our time in a rented house through prospect and she was fantastic, always willing to help and genuinely friendly - I've had quite a few rentals recently and Sasha has provided the best service of any estate agent.The only star removed is due to the Landlord of the property, who was incredibly difficult to deal with and I would advise prospect as a whole to vet their landlords closely as there are definitely some bad ones on their books!

Couldn’t be happier with Prospect Reading estate agents.From the day of my viewing till my moving in date, everything went so smoothly! I was kept informed throughout, which is really important aspect for me since moving is quite stressful as it is. I would like to extend my thanks to Kurt Owen as he was the agent I had the viewing with and he really took the time to show me everything in detail but answer all my questions as well! I’m all settled in and very happy now! If there were more stars I would have definitely given them!

Beth has found us a home that was fulfilling all requirements, and then supported and lead the processes thought the whole time. She is a professional, hardworking person who kept in touch with us at every stage, keeping us informed. Prospect also recommended Nicola from Mortgage Advice Bureau who was equally wonderful and helpful, she took away all burden of dealing with banks and paperwork. First time using Prospect Estate Agency (Reading Branch) to rent a property and I am delighted with their professional service. Special thanks to the agent Kurt who has handled my move from the first initial enquiries to helping me secure the tenancy. Kurt is a very friendly member of the team, and has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in response to all my queries, always replying quickly too. Overall I’ve experienced an excellent, efficient service and I highly recommend Prospect. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

Prospect Maidenhead is really incompetent, not professional to deal with renting properties. Property Manager can not close the agreement on deposit, still sending us fault items to claim extra. It is going to be almost 2 months since we have moved out and we still could not get our deposit back!
