GoogleI was very happy with the service provided by Oakwoods, selling my father’s house, and the ultimate outcome of a successful sale. We benefited from Clare’s well researched appraisal and Brendan did a sterling job both guiding the process to completion and helping with the logistics of selling a property remotely. GoogleSelling our property via probate has been extremely emotional and at times difficult. We invited Oakwood Estates along with two other estate agents to help sell our property, but Oakwood Estates was by far the stand out estate agent. GoogleWe have been looking for a property to rent for a little while since been given notice at our current property. Caitlin has been absolutely exceptional since the start. I’ve been in contact with many estate agents at different company’s and cannot even compare her customer service to anyone else’s. Caitlin has very clear, consistent communication, and cannot seem to do enough for us. From sending us new houses to review, regularly as they come up, to also sending us videos of the properties we are unable to attend to view. Thank you! What an asset to your team.

GoogleExtremely professional and detailed estate agency services. From the begging of a very long process we have felt supportive, had open and honest communication and Oakwood are always reactive and available. We dealt with Clare and I would highly recommend her. Even from valuing our house which was supported with local research and market conditions explained - to being able to negotiate and plan after an agreed purchase.

Don’t even live here but I can just tell the entire HOA had no hobbies or happiness in their lives and I bet all the woman look like they walk into Walmart asking for the manager. The husbands haven’t been touched since wedding night and they make it EVERYONES problem.

Poor customer service from Langley branch, was told they had lots of people to come view the house, had two people, got an offer then was advised by a different estate agent that the house is not sold. They didn’t inform me that the sale had been rejected

GoogleVery happy with the service offered by Oakwood Estates (Cambridge branch), particularly with Caitlin with whom I have been dealing. Moving to a new location and finding a place to rent is very stressful but she has made the experience manageable. Friendly, quick to respond and always with helpful advice (even to my silly questions), thank you Caitlin for making this difficult situation, tenant-friendly.
