GoogleDo not trust this agent. Was sold their gold plated guaranteed rent scheme and when it came to the liability shifting to them they claimed it was never a guaranteed rent scheme even though on many occasions it was referred to as their guaranteed rent scheme. Avoid this dishonest agency, there are dozens of others in the area.
Dear Mr Gill, firstly I'm very sorry that your experience of using our services did not meet the expectations that you had of us when first coming on board. As you will have been aware we have various levels of the Guaranteed Rent product that we offer to our landlords. The premium level of which covers the rent in any eventuality i.e. when the tenant doesn't pay the rent or even during the void periods. The next version only covers for rent in the event of non-payment by the tenants. The service that you had opted for was the second level and this was outlined in the agreement itself which you had signed for. As such, in line with the agreement your rent was paid for every single month the property was occupied, I am happy to confirm this by re-sending you the rent statement if you require.
