Direct reviewsAbsolutely professional and caring. They manage every issue above and beyond. They precisely deal with the tenant in the same way they deal with the landlord, without inequalities (like usually renting agencies do). Anna is a skillful, competent and efficient young angent that makes every effort to ensure that everything works and that the tenant and the landlord are both happy with the solutions. They answer calls and emails very quickly. After having dealt with other agencies I absolutely reccomand this one becaise they really work in a new, different and more efficient way.

Your application unfortunately failed the referencing process due to concerns of document tampering with submitted bank statements. As a regulated agency, we are unable to proceed with applications where there is suspected falsification of documents. This is a legal and compliance matter we take very seriously.
Before taking any holding deposit, all applicants are provided with clear terms and conditions, which outline the circumstances under which a deposit may be retained or returned. In your case, the deposit was not returned, in accordance with those terms.
We understand the situation was disappointing, but we made multiple attempts to communicate and resolve the matter with you. The property was relisted only after it became clear that the application could not proceed.
We remain committed to fair and transparent service for all our applicants and tenants.
