As a tenant, I must say that they are very helpful with maintenence issues. I raised an issue at 7.30am via the online portal regarding the boiler and was contacted by Teresa form the agency before 9.30am. Teresa understood the issue straight away and raised the job as a matter of urgency as we have young children. She kept us in the loop with any updates, and by 2pm, an engineer had got our hot water and heating back up and running. Really great service.

Absolutely professional and caring. They manage every issue above and beyond. They precisely deal with the tenant in the same way they deal with the landlord, without inequalities (like usually renting agencies do). Anna is a skillful, competent and efficient young angent that makes every effort to ensure that everything works and that the tenant and the landlord are both happy with the solutions. They answer calls and emails very quickly. After having dealt with other agencies I absolutely reccomand this one becaise they really work in a new, different and more efficient way.

I instructed Northwood out of the many agents in Maidenhead to find me a tenant. Right from the beginning Pav told me that he would not let down, get the property tenanted pretty much immediately and get me the best price for rental. Well, he certainly did. Oh, and a great competitive fee too. From the moment I had given them the go ahead as the chosen agent to market my property to the moment the tenant moving in, the whole process was fast and slick. Not one issue at all. I was extremely pleased with their level of professionalism and market knowledge and being able to actually deliver. At no point did they ever give me false promises or hope and were always realistic. I was always kept in touch by Pav on progress as well as Anna and Lingam. Well they found me a tenant immediately after the advertised it. They make things happen and I am truly so grateful for helping me secure a tenant immediately from the moment they advertised my 2 bed property in Maidenhead. Anna did my inventory and did an amazing job. Very kind, understanding and makes things happen. At one point we had to push back the inventory to later in the day due to works and cleaning needing completing as we did not expect the tenant that quick! They managed to move things around to accommodate my request. They were also very competitive on their fees and matched another agent???s price. I could genuinely see they wanted me to secure the right tenant and I wasn???t just another number to fill for their books. They also were very responsive whenever I called them or emailed them, they would respond very quickly.
