Kassandra Hopkins… what a super star! She was our assigned move manager and what a job she did! I had so many issue with our solicitor and almost lost our purchase because of them but Kassandra worked tirelessly to ensure that we exchanged on time, she worked hours on end to ensure it happened and really put us at ease, I knew if she is on it she is ON IT! I am providing a 5 star rating only for the service provided by Shakeerah Bell from the Property Management team and for Ellie at Haart Lettings, Maidenhead who actually helped me resolve the issue. I had a leaking kitchen sink which took 3 weeks to sort out because no one would respond to my calls or emails. I wish I could provide a 1 rating seperately to Emma who was the previous property manager who did not take my calls, respond to email or voicemail. It was a 3 week unnecessary ordeal which could and should have been resolved as it eventually was, by Shakeerah and Ellie. Also, Allison at the Haart Lettings office promised he would arrange for a call back and I did not hear from them. Honestly, the overall experience warrants a 1 rating but I am only giving it a 4 because the last two agents thankfully responded like they should have.

Haart Maidenhead helped me through my new tenancy, it is my first ever place to rent and I had no idea what to do and where to start, but Andrea Costa could not of been better, he dealt with many issues such as the referencing company kept creating problems but Andrea sorted everything out in good time, he really worked hard and thought of many solutions to my problems I was facing during the application process. I sold my property in December 2017. From day one until when I handed the keys over, I have received truely excellent service. Selling can be very stressful, but both Victoria and Rob are very genuine and have true empathy. They both did their very best to reassure me, keeping me informed all through the process. Rob is a master at customer service both in person and on the telephone, Victoria is calm and will try and resolve any issue you may have. I highly recommend using them if you are thinking of selling - The ‘icing on the cake’ is that I received a much higher price for my house than I expected!
