GoogleWhen I first stared renting with Haart maidenhead the service was great and the agent that did the processing for my rental was good. After I moved in to the property there was no customer service. Contacting haart was a nightmare and I was been given miss information. Thankfully I had a great landlord and towards the end Emily Harris jumped in to assist me. She was kind, understanding and efficient. She got to the root of my issue and solved it no questions asked. If you are been given the run around with this company, just ask for Emily Harris.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI’ve had issues from the start with Haart estate agents going back almost 4 years, every year the seem to lose random payments and then chase me up about a year later stating that I’m 2 months in the red. I think chasing up money almost a year later is ridiculous in any corporation. Funny thing is I’ve given them proof of ever payment they state I’ve not paid for every month on every year they’ve accused me of not paying, not very good organisational skills if you can’t find the payments I’ve been making to the same bank account sort code and account since I moved to Maidenhead 🤬. However then Lynna Proctor came along and seems to have rectified this reoccurring yearly issues, thanks to her I’m not feeling so victimised now, your a star Lynna
