Disgraceful service from this particular branch of harrt, I especially have to name kawkawb as an appalling member of staff and the manager Melissa is not much better, they will take your money and give you absolutely no customer service after they get it, main branch should be reading these terrible reviews pilling upon Google just like mine and seriously consider dismissing these people before your reputation as a company is destroyed
