GoogleI recently ran into Antony Miles from the Maidenhead office of Haart Letting while he was showing an apartment in the building where I reside. An external light which illuminated the front door had been out since September of last year. I had repeatedly asked my landlord to address the issue with no result. I spoke to Antony on a Saturday afternoon and explained the situation. On the Monday evening, Antony came to my apartment to inform me that an electrician would be there within a week to resolve the issue. As explained, an electrician came yesterday to replace the LED unit. Job done! It's so refreshing to have someone actually live up to their word and conduct themselves in such a courteous and professional manner. Great customer service. Thank you.

GoogleNEVER EVER THINK to contact HAART AGENTS. I would never recommend the spice haart agency. They are very unprofessional. I would like to share my experience which can help others to decide wether to go with haart agency or not. I was promised to give keys of property at 9 am in the morning so accordingly i was supposed to check out hotel at 10 am but they have provided me keys at 1 pm. So I was charged for one day more at hotel. I got the property with broken heaters, lamp covers and toilet. I got the property which was not cleaned. Refrigerator was leaking water and hob was rusty. I made complaints about those things but their property managers never responded. Only toilet has been fixed after 3 months. Because of their broken storage heater I got hefty electricity bills. I returned property before 2 days of tenancy completion date though I charged for 1 day arrears of rent. I cleaned the property and left them a video of properly cleaned property though they charged me for cleaning. I provided them proofs of uncleaned property which they gave me, they raised a dispute in TDS so I can not get my money on time. They haven't deposited money to TDS until 1 month of left the property to proceed further for releasing deposit. They simply wants to harras customers. This is my experience with Haart agency maidenhead. Agent name with whom I was connected, Ahsan Ul Haq Ibrar. Beware...

GoogleI contacted Haarts to view a property they had to let and was introduced to Ahsan-Ul-Haq Ibrar who is on the lettings team. from my first introduction Ashan has been very tentative to my requests and has guided me through the whole process to my moving date. he is an asset to Haarts and a very thoughtful gentleman.i look forward to working with him again should i need to move in the future. Would definitely recommend him if you are going to Haarts for lettings. Thankyou Ashan.
