GoogleIs there a way of getting through to the agency that I don't know about? Have left voicemail, messaged and nothing! I'm interested in renting a house they have on Rightmove

GoogleThe professionalism is a disgrace and so unprofessional. I’m surprised they are still running.. David told me that the property was ready for us and we were so excited but when we walked through the door on our moving in day there were builders everywhere and it was a huge mess. I don’t understand how it was so messy tho because David told me it was professionally cleaned. What a liar!!!! The oven was stinking from the previous tenants and there were Used bars soap left in the shower, it was filthy. Well anyway through out the whole experience it was disgusting and today now my boyfriend sat outside the old house for over an hour for an inspection, he rung peter Alan and asked where the guy was and they said oh sorry they called in sick, well you could have phoned you useless bunch of morons!!!’ Don’t trust peter Alan!!!!!!

GoogleAlexandra, Mia and Dania have been so incredibly kind, patient and helpful these last few days when buying our first property. The viewings were easy and relaxed, we had lovely conversations with Mia, she had answers to all our questions …

GoogleI recently considered ending my time as a landlord after some bad experiences with tenants and letting agents alike. Having met with David it was clear he was different to agents I had used before. I can honestly say he has gone over and above on many occasions to help me including managing tenant issues, working with contractors, and even rescuing an abandoned pet on one occasion. A true professional and you will not regret working with him.

GoogleThe girls here are so lovely and professional. As first home buyers we have come across quite a few estate agents that were not very professional or approachable. However, there was a clear difference with this estate agents, they keep you up to date, do everything they can for you and made our experience getting our first home a happy one :) Thankyou

GoogleGreat when you want to put your house on the market, but once it's sold....can't get responses, charged almost 5% and no breakdown given to me despite asking numerous times. Disgraceful!

GoogleWorked around my moving dates and worked hard to sort out any issues that I had with the house. Polite, friendly and an all round professional service. The agent, David, went out of his way to meet us outside of work hours to view properties twice and was always on the other end of the phone if we had any questions. I would highly recommend Peter Allen for anyone looking to move.

GoogleYesterday we viewed a house very quickly after sending the request off. Got told very quickly that our offer got accepted! Staff were pleasant. Was also nice that Alexandra called me late afternoon asking if we’d like to book a second viewing for the house to measure etc.

GoogleCan't rate highly enough. Kim managed to let our property out in a matter of days after being sat with another agent for 6 months. Every email and enquiry was dealt with almost instantly and the service has been brilliant so far. Wish we'd found her a lot sooner as it would have saved a lot of stress.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
