All paperwork done and sorted. Job done ✔️. What's not to like. Easy process and guided through it all safely. Thanks guys

GoogleI rented a property from this estate agents on 26th September 2020 and moved in on 30th September ...on Saturday 3rd October we had no heating or hot water from around 7pm and it ia still the same now which ia October 5th at 5.45 pm....i have waited 47 hours for a plumber i have contacted the office many times and made reports on all the problems that are here but when i make a phone call nobody picks and when they do then they're quick enough hanging up on me....i'm not getting no response via email either ...it's disgusting to let someone live without heating for 2 days and it looks like it is going to be a lot longer as nobody is responding to me....disgusting and will never deal with them again !!!!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWhat a joke been waiting 3 weeks for my for "sold stc" sing to be taken down rang for the 3rd time today asking when its going to be taken down couldn't give me an answer as it's a 3rd party company !! But then accuses me of being rude and raising my voice! their attitude is completely ridicules through my whole buying process they have been completely unhelpful. I'm waiting for a manager to ring me back to make a complaint br guess what to call back absolute joke of a company .

GoogleThe representative who came to value my property couldn't have been more professional, she explained and discussed at length all the available options regarding sale of my property thoroughly, left a written copy of everything discussed after going through this copy with me to make sure I understood everything before she left. I was also given practical, realistic, advice regarding the preparation of my property for sale I feel confident and well informed moving forward, plus i feel they have already taken a huge amount of the stress out of this life changing event. Thank you already Peter Alan and well done!
